Provided all thee requested documents, staff verified and account was working. Next day blocked my account eventhough all the verification documents was sent, they blocked my account and closed the account and took my money. Raised a complaint and said funds will be retained and no reason given. Skybet have stole my money and it was only £109 as well. AVOID AT ALL COST. SKYBET WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IF YOU KEEP ON WIINING AND WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Apparently my account was closed and they won’t tell me why. They say it was closed in 25 but I haven’t used it for years. So I am lost as to why it was closed or why they have made the decision they have. With this level of transparency they shouldn’t be allowed to operate as a bookmaker in my view.

A long term customer had a terrible experience with customer service associate Sanak, where it was preferred for me to close my account rather than resolve my complaint. Shocking customer service.

Sky Bet let someone open a fraudulent account in my name — full name, DOB, address — and didn’t bother telling me. They verified the identity using the electoral register, suspended the account internally, and STILL kept quiet.

When I found out through my own SAR and asked what happened, they refused to help. When I asked what info was used to impersonate me, they refused. When I asked why they didn’t notify me, they refused. When I asked for my own data under GDPR, they refused again.

Every reply is a template. No investigation. No answers. No accountability. Just excuses and copy‑and‑paste fraud tips.

Sky Bet’s systems let fraud happen, their staff hid it, and their complaints team won’t deal with it. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a company handling financial transactions and identity data.

Customer services do not help customers trying to fix issues instead pass you round the houses as they are not at all interested.
I have been using Sky Bet for years depositing regularly and the only time I tried contacting them they offered no support or help in fixing the issue after HOURS being on line and being passed from one agent to another.
On line chat is a joke having given details time and time again and passed to another agent still no solution and all I wanted was help with their website.
Just CLOSED MY ACCOUNT due to unhelpful agents.

Rubbish. Got sucked in by a “free bet”, ended up betting my own money. Then wanted to cash out but for a full half of a football game the cash out wasn’t available. Ladbrokes cash out was much better.

These people are very good look into every detail to make sure their customers are safe and in control

The team were polite and friendly and didn't tie me in knots,very kind to a confused pensioner.

put 200 pound in lure them in fishing frenzy all fish were open at about 20 pound not 1 scatter came up avoid sky bet go elsewhere paddy power a bit better but sky not good

use them a lot for bingo and betting. put a lot of money through but the greedy bustards sent me an email saying no more £5 freebet once a week. no more promos and stake limits on bets. time to find an alternative
