Quick, Efficient Service
I made an order through their website for some equipment I required. It was shipped quickly (within 1-2 days, if I remember correctly) and they arrived packaged well - although, the equipment I ordered wasn't fragile so I'd have to order again to really judge the packaging.
Other than that, I also requested info from them through the email provided on their website. They responded within a day with all the information I required.

Shipping was fast
The product looks just as it appears. The package arrived in just 5 days and I live in the States. I could not get an email through to customer service because the tracking number I was given didn't work. Oh well, they came so fast I didn't have to worry long.

No information neither tracking of PostNL delivery. No tracking ID received, no way to know whether delivery will be done or not.
Delivery in 12 days to Scandinavia. Delivered goods as ordered.

It’s a great shop
It’s a great shop. I can’t go to Holland to buy speed skating skates myself during the epidemic (I don’t know much about skates either). The store answered me patiently via email and helped me choose shoe sizes and various accessories. I received my skates in France within 2 days. Very welcoming store.

Everythng worked without a hitch
Everythng worked without a hitch. I had asked in advance whether the elastic bands (full return system) were included. I understood that they were, but unfortunately they were not included. Now we don`t want to pay shipping only for these elastic bands...
Otherwise everything was fine.
