I then received an email on the 6th Dec to say " Hi i was just out of it. so it is ordered. i hope i can send it you very soon. when i know some more, i will let you know beste Renards Olivier"

Website inventory error cost me money when cancelling.
Payment was processed in full when ordering short track blades on the website. A few days later I was told they are not in stock and was offered an more expensive alternative. It was beyond my budget and not what I was looking for. I ask for a full refund but didn't receive the full amount. The cancelled order for a product that was out of stock cost me approx. $35 due to their error. Would not recommend purchasing through the website without confirming stock first!

Item not the one I ordered.
The neck protector on the website had a Maple Leaf logo on it. The one I received did not..it had the word "Maple" on it. I wish I had be informed of this change before you send the item so I could decide if I still wanted it. Also, it is too small. There should be a way to determine the size by measurement in the website.
