We ran into flat tire and the initial assist was sending RACV road side help wasn’t working. So we went to Sixt Pakenham Upper branch to change into another vehicle.

Super fast service with no time wasted. Easy to communicate and very friendly.

Car drove a drram, making a country day trip easy.

Only disappointment was returns staff noting the car was dirty outside, which it was not. Luckily I had video and photos of the rental car which I have sent to Sixt.
