Most unfair
unwilling to send to address in Northern Ireland without surcharge. Had to send to daughter in England. Still do not have it!!!

Hi Victor, We have just spoken by phone to discuss this. I can see the parcel was delivered the day after your order to your daughter in England which you agreed.
Unfortunately due to courier costs incurred it is more expensive to ship to northern Ireland, we only charge the cost our the courier company and make no money on shipping.
Would recommend products and services
Ease of placing order. Good and speedy delivery options. Excellent quality products.

I received the package in good time
I received the package in good time, and the contents (10cm Spiky-Ball) were exactly the same as my own. However, as the 2 light-weight boxes containing the balls had simply been put in a plastic outer bag, the boxes inside were both bit crushed, which was slightly disappointing, as they are for gifts.

Chair is good quality though arm rest…
Chair is good quality though arm rest is quite narrow. Also lower leg and knee support is too flat. Needs to be on more of an angle to make it more comfortable. Good delivery time though just placed on front doorstep so anyone could have lifted easily. ( could have been put behind bins at side of house)

Uncomfortable
I have had the Sissel pillow for around 3 weeks now but still finding it quite uncomfortable. The foam is very hard and the lip on the one edge is very high - it hasn't helped my neck problems at all.

Good quality neck pillow
The pillow arrived very quickly, thank you. It is rather harder than I expected but I am getting used to it. I have had a Sissel neck pillow before, so am sure it will soon get more comfortable.
