Speedy delivery before Christmas
Speedy delivery before Christmas, especially when the normal mail service was interrupted due to strike action. A very smooth transaction from the point of purchase to the delivery. I do have to commend that it's the only site where I can find what I needed. So, it does show that the company has a wide range variety of good products. Thank you.

I already have one of these heat bag…
I already have one of these heat bag which I can highly recommend, they are amazing. BUT, my delivery has not arrived. Was due on Wednesday 13th December. Now every time I check the status it gets a day later. Now says due on 21st December. As it’s for Xmas I’m becoming very nervous with this massive delay!

Hi Sharon, we have just spoken by phone. As discussed Fedex did try to deliver the parcel twice, i know you had an issue with updating the leave in a safe place option. I ordered 3 products they arrived very quickly and looked perfect, 2 are for Christmas presents, but the knee pillow (medi support) is for now.
I love the depth of it and think that if you wear long pajamas it would be really comfortable, unfortunately my leg are bare so the zip or the rough Velcro would dig in and disturb my sleep, the same happened for my partner, I have now taken it out of the protective cover and put it in a pillow case while I tweak the original cover and it is working well.

Perfect pillow
Great service and prompt delivery. I was sceptical at first but my wife had one and she was very pleased with the results. I went for the Deluxe model purely because it fills a pillow case. I have slept so much better since and no longer experience tension in my shoulder & neck.
