From entering the showroom and meeting up with Mark again. The transition was professional and friendly

This has been one of the most bizarre and unprofessional experiences I have ever had.

To begin with, I had to call the manager Adam just to obtain basic information about our purchase. If we had not already made up our minds to buy a particular car before visiting the showroom, we would not have gone back.

The sales representative Nathanial also promised two gifts for my little ones on the collection day. They were very excited about receiving them, but the sales representative said that he did not have them with him on the day and promised to bring them to us the following day. This never happened. I therefore texted him three days later, but he did not reply. I then called the showroom to ask what was going on a week later, and the person who answered the phone told me that the manager Adam or Louis would call me back. However, I have not heard from anyone since.

At this point, it is not really about the two gifts that the sales representative promised. It is about the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect shown throughout the whole experience. I am genuinely surprised that this level of customer service is being provided at this showroom.

Well i have to say from the first time i went into mercedes in Cardiff, i was treated with the upmost respect, as being young and purchasing my first A Class. Even from first test drive driving my first Automatic, they let me drive on my own, and let me take the car home for 24 hours, i couldnt of asked for more from Nathanial Powell the sales guy.
And on collection everything went so smoothly, also they made us feel so welcome

Well happy with the car BUT after spending nearly £90.000 pound cash I thought there could have bean a better reveal than just weighting so long after turning up for the pick up of my car and just saying to me il go and put some petrol in you car and be back soon then just driving it to the window there is your car . NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING DISAPPOINTED.

Great buying experience from the team in particular Rob Edmunds good Comms from start to finish made provision for me to test drive multiple vehicles, also the car was in a different dealership so arranged for it to be delivered to view prior to purchasing. Also made arrangements for delayed pick up as I was away for the weekend pop in have a look around you never know what you might find
