If anyone is considering buying a BYD, this place is a perfect choice. I bought my Seal U here and am highly impressed by the customer service standards. Carwyn was very polite and knowledgeable – he willingly and thoroughly answered every single question I had. I also highly appreciate that the test drive took place on the very first day of my visit. The vehicle delivery went without any surprises: the car was perfectly prepared, sparkling clean, fully charged, and exactly as described in the contract. Five stars!

Conner had the patience of a saint. He took us through the process of buying our beautiful ATTO 2 seamlessly, from showing us how to start the car in the first place and talked us through the whole process. Overall it was a very positive experience.

It was a very tricky one and it meant that they would not get their commission, but this was not a problem for them and nothing was a problem. I had initially intended to leave a 5-star review; however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the vehicle delivery.
At the time of collection, it seems the inspection team did not carry out a fully thorough check. Around two hours after delivery, I noticed a small dent on the front left door.
Additionally, as this is a hybrid BYD vehicle with 230V AC generator functionality, I expected a compatible cable to be included in the supplied equipment. However, this cable was not provided.
I am not sure whether this item is part of the standard delivery package or was missed during handover.
The issue with the door has already been reported to the seller and is scheduled to be addressed.

Adam is an excellent salesperson. Able to answer all our questions. Not pushy but extremely helpful.

The guys at BYD Sinclair Cardiff are really helpful and friendly. The service they offer is excellent, besides a really good informative handover of my new car, I was phoned two days later to make sure I was happy with it and if I had any questions. I cannot fault their customer service.

Amazing staff and very friendly explained everything and showed me what everything was used for.
