I just wanted to say a huge thank you And give a good review for Matt the general manager and Adam the assistant who processed our order today. It was a very tricky one and it meant that they would not get their commission, but this was not a problem for them and nothing was a problem. They completely supported customer service and the fact that I needed help and we are so delighted to place our order today with them for a MOTABILITY car for my daughter. She’s very excited to be having the sea lion five and can’t wait for it to arrive. Once again a huge thank you to this incredible team at BYD Cardiff.

Adam made the experience great
Adam made the experience great, very friendly, with a good knowledge of BYD cars. Offered a hot drink, and we were talked through the different cars. Decided to purchase and we were really happy with staff and service. Highly recommend

Vehicle Delivery Feedback
I had initially intended to leave a 5-star review; however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the vehicle delivery.
At the time of collection, it seems the inspection team did not carry out a fully thorough check. Around two hours after delivery, I noticed a small dent on the front left door.
Additionally, as this is a hybrid BYD vehicle with 230V AC generator functionality, I expected a compatible cable to be included in the supplied equipment. However, this cable was not provided.
I am not sure whether this item is part of the standard delivery package or was missed during handover.
The issue with the door has already been reported to the seller and is scheduled to be addressed.

I recently purchased a car from BYD at Cardiff Gate, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. My salesperson, Connor, was incredible. Adam has been excellent. Honest and truthful regarding every query or question . Only down side was the fact we were promised a delivery date on car of 1 week but apparently this was a ghost car ? Don t make promises to vlients that can t be delivered as it made a difference to the overall experience of buying the car of choice
