The website does not permit someone once registered to change their primary address. I've rung customer services repeatedly over this issue, and every time the customer service agent tells me they have corrected it on their system and removed my old address. Then they send my order to the old address again. I've had it with this company, never again.

I bought some swimsuits months ago in March to try on. I kept 2 and send the rest back. Despite many attempts to contact Simply Be via email and through my account I have yet to get a reply or a refund for these returned suits! Appalling service.

I made an order with this company, I do NOT have a Smart Phone or printer so when it came to returning my items this was more than hard work. I am still waiting for a returns label 2 weeks on. would ?NOT recommend them. Very bad customer service.

I ordered clothing. It never arrived so I followed up with Evri. Evri sent me a message saying that the parcel appeared to be lost. I copy-pasted the message to SB with a polite message.
After a delay, SB proceeded to send me a vaguely threatening email about me having to talk to Evri loss protection and the police, and threatening “further action” if I made a false statement.
I’ve honestly never seen anything like this. I’ve never been made to feel like a criminal for letting a vendor know that their chosen delivery service has an issue. Unbelievable.
My purchase has yet to be refunded so it looks like I will need to take this up with my bank as well.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered on 5/6/26 for some sandals to arrive by 12/6/26 and only today have I seen that they cancelled the order due to a credit check???? I paid full price on a debit card, not a credit card, didnt try and open a credit account with them, just simply paid for the shoes with a debit card. I got an email acknowledging the order was placed and then heard nothing whatsoever about it being cancelled. Shocking website and company I won’t bother with them again.

I have attempted to place orders for minimal things since January. The order is accepted then cancelled a day later with no explanation on the app or email as to why. I figured it was because I placed limits on my card. However having tried to pay with my credit account they then tell me they can no longer offer me one. I have been a customer for over 10 years and pay off the account on time each time. I checked my credit score with my bank and its deemed excellent. I tried the customer service team and they are always offline even during office hours. Worse than that I receive post and emails with offers telling me how much I have £1500 on my credit account to spend. Avoid this place at all costs, punishing loyal customers for no reason

Absolutely terrible experience for my first purchase from Simply Be. I ordered a TV that was lost by the courier. Every customer service agent I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, and they actively refused to refund me for the lost item. One representative named Mike told me he had raised a complaint with Evri, however, I found out this was never actually done. They are completely useless and the customer service department needs serious training.
I will never order from them again. Since it has been over a week and they still haven't processed anything, I have now had to do a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company.
No refund no customer service
My order was lost by the delivery and there is no way to get through customer service to sort it out as there is only generic response that makes no sense.
DISGUSTED better on line clothing companies to buy from
Firstly I have been a customer for over 10years. I have never had an issue with them previously but the last order. App changes have been horrific.
1. Ordered apple headphones that turned out to incompatible with my phone. Opened but NOT used. They outright refused. I could not geta hold of ANYONE. Bots and emails and couldn't have given less of a damn if they tried. Culminated in an email stating "you are liable that's the last we have to say on the matter". So now I have £500 headphones that I cannot use despite.
2. I've returned 2 bathing suits. They have marked one as being returned but I cannot see this [properly anywhere on my account due to how they set up the new app. Just their say so. I do however have a refund that says "lost on transit" however this doesnt have a item code reference number so I can tally it against which one it was and check that the other has been refunded as well. AGAIN nothing is clear and my total owing doesnt add up.
3. My account should BE CLEARLY understood , I should be able to check where the amount the company is demanding tally's up. CLEARLY.

The most difficult company I have ever dealt with, my new pants are faulty as they have a hole in them, less than a month of having them and only being worn twice
Trying to get a new pair is ridiculous, I keep getting the same emails and bookings booked for collection when I won’t be home.
The communication has been terrible, I will never order from this company again
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I had to call customer services to arrange a return as the web site wasn’t showing my order and had problems getting into my account. That phone call cost me over £13!!!!! What a scam, disgusted.
