The booking team was easy to reach and confirmed everything in advance. I would use Simply Airports again for airport travel.
I used Simply Airports for a meet and greet pickup from Gatwick after returning from a family holiday. My flight was delayed, but the driver tracked the arrival time and was already waiting in the arrivals area. The vehicle was well maintained, there was plenty of space for our luggage, and the ride home was comfortable. The fare was reasonable, and the whole process was organised and stress-free.
I booked a day hire service for visiting several business meetings across London instead of arranging multiple taxis. The driver was professional, knew the routes well, and stayed on schedule throughout the day. The car was clean, the hourly pricing was transparent, and there were no unexpected charges at the end. Customer service answered my booking questions quickly, making the entire experience reliable and good value for money.

I used Simply Airports last month for a Heathrow airport pickup after a long international flight from Dubai. My cousin recommended them because he travels often for work and said they are much more reliable than regular minicab companies. Honestly, after my experience, I can understand why he keeps using them. My flight landed almost an hour late and I was worried about finding transport at night with two large suitcases and my elderly mother travelling with me. Their driver was already tracking the flight and patiently waiting at arrivals. He helped us with the luggage and the whole ride home was comfortable. our car was clean as well. I will definitely use them again for future airport trips.

I used to use this service for all my airport transfers. Until one day, upon making a booking, I was scammed by someone who impersonated SimplyAirports, using their official email address. I lost £150 and the company point blank refused not only to help me but also didn't bother answering any of my calls or emails. Extremely disappointed.

We used this taxi company over any other purely because we needed a baby car seat. We used them in January and the driver came with an appropriate car seat size for our baby’s age. This time however the driver came with a car seat for a toddler! It’s even against the U.K. law to take a baby in a car seat like this until they are the appropriate age. Unfortunately a 50/50 ratio of success on something so important and simple is not acceptable for a taxi company.

My service was declined, however a company took the moneys. When I asked for a refund (a week after), their response was a bit doggy, they claimed they refunded my drive automatically. Once I mentioned PayPal they issued a refund immediately. So, just be aware... hence 2 stars

I have used Simply Airports for more than 10 years now. They are a small company but have never let me down. Drivers always on time and polite. The first time I used them, I did not know about the luggage limit but the driver tried persistently and succeeded in getting all my luggage in without complaining. There was a time when I had to go to the airport and my train line was closed. I called them at the last minute on a weekday morning (peak hour) and they got me a driver, even switching drivers when the first driver got stuck in traffic. Another time, my daughter had left her phone in the car, the company managed to assist in getting the phone back to me before our plane departed. Their prices are very reasonable as well compared to some other big companies that I have also used. This is why I would choose Simply Airports as my No.1 choice.
