Love the roller screens! Works perfectly with our windows and it doesn't take extra space which means we can easily install blinds. It's exactly what we've been looking for, and we looked for this for a few months.

Very poor communication. I emailed expressing an interest in their fly screen and had some questions and requested more photos of the product as the website images are quite poor.
I received a 1 line reply and a link to their website!
I replied again saying again how interested I was in their product and again requesting further information - 2 weeks, no reply.
Customer lost, I have gone elsewhere.
Edit: What kind of spam system filters out an email that you've already replied to?!

Very fast delivery and the quality of the roller fly screens are great.
Really easy to install and can't understand the other reviews saying that the instructions aren't clear, I found the instructions really easy to follow with concise text and colour photographs. But if you can't operate a screwdriver then probably best to opt for the silicone fixing!
I purchased a patio door roller fly screen and a magnetic fly screen the products are fantastic the best fly screens I’ve ever bought.The quality is exceptional and the delivery was very quick, They are also very easy to install Fantastic service I would definitely use premier screens again.
Really pleased with my flyscreen, it arrived quickly, was easy to install, and fits perfectly. The quality's spot on and it’s already keeping the bugs out while still letting the breeze in. Would happily order again.
Excellent product and fantastic service when I received the flyscreens and realised that I had made an error in measuring. Too long, fortunately, and I was given first class support in rectifying the problem.
This is the 3rd time we have purchased from Premier Screens Ltd, we started out just purchasing for the conservatory windows to test them. My husband had some queries so rang and spoke to Andy who was very helpful. Living in a rural area flies were a big problem to us. Anyway the screens worked so well the following summer we purchased fly screens for EVERY window in our bungalow. Last week we decided to put 2 window fly screens over one of our conservatory doors, this was due to our configuration and also storing them away for the winter. We now have a fabulous breeze coming in. We only get about 6 flies per year in the house now and that’s when one comes in as we are entering or exiting the house. My order was less than 48 hours from ordering to delivery. A fantastic product and a fantastic service from this gentleman. If you’re considering purchasing, do it, you won’t be sorry.

They were in and out, no fuss, no mess. Didn't even stop for a cup of tea.
Absolutely 10 out of 10 for service, attention to detail and quality.
Worth every penny. If only all companies were as good. I recommend to everyone.

The sales side was great, Andy was very helpful. Delivery was good.
Fitting them absolute thumbs down, so complicated, the fitting instructions I downloaded are very poor. Trying to work out which way round pieces go is not clear.
The magnetic intrusion bar needs 5 screws, needs to come pre-drilled and the space to try and screw with screw drivers is impossible. Very poor design.
Im so disappointed, the cost is not cheap and should be better than this.

Ordered 2 screens for my conservatory windows. Very fast turnaround, easy to install and look like a quality product. Also had great support from Andy. Keep up the good work👍👍
I purchased 5 fly screens some time ago and I am delighted with them. Installation was very easy, and even after daily use, they work perfectly. I lost the base catches on one of them after removing it for a house refurb, and Customer service responded very quickly to my query and offered to send me some! I would recommend them as the quality and look is great for any room at home.
Update: Changed to 1* due to Andy removing his update & then reporting me to Trustpilot who have said my review meets their criteria & will not be removed as per his request!
There were no emails in the spam/junk folder. I didn’t reply as I bought fly screens from another company. You are obviously not very busy when you can make petty comments months later!
Only rated 3* because the fly screen I bought previously was good quality. Want another 4 screens for more windows & I had a query regarding extra magnetic studs as two rooms had dual aspect windows. Sent a total of 3 online queries, all ignored and no one answers phone either.

I bought two roller fly screens at a cost £100 each to replace two DIY screens that had been in use for 3 or 4 years. They looked pretty good when installed (but perhaps a little over priced for what they were), so I was quite happy. However, after 3 months moderate use (perhaps opened and closed once every couple of days), the mesh on one of the screens began to separate from the bar that pulls it out of the cassette. Although it would be a pain to replace as the installation instructions recommend the use of sealant to glue the screen frame to the window frame, I requested a replacement.
My request was immediately passed to the Director of Premier Screens. His argument was that because they have produced thousands recently without any report of faults, the screen that I had been supplied with could not be faulty (I unfortunately don’t understand that logic – surely the more you make the greater the chance of a fault?). His implication was that I had accidentally damaged it and because the mesh does not fall under the warranty, he would not replace it.
It is only my wife and I who live in the house. The window is in a little used room and it is never fully opened. We have never accidentally hit the screen, so for it to break within 3 months is very poor. It is made worse by a pretty weak excuse that because there have (apparently) been no other faults the problem is due to me damaging it (with the implication therefore that I’m lying).
I’ll leave it you to decide whether the above is relevant to you, but this has been probably the worst customer care experience I have had for a number of years and the roller screen design/manufacture seems to have some sort of flaw.
