From start to finish the service from Simplicity Cremations was incredible. I was treated with compassion, kept informed and genuinely felt they cared. Would recommend to anyone for such an emotional time to be handled with care, sensitivity and professionalism.

Simplicity Cremations, it's in the name, but Losing a loved one is never simple but lesley kept me informed at all times. We were given very helpful information of what to do next and our loved one was dealt with great care, compassion and great dignity. Ashes were hand delivered with great care and a great deal of compassion. Will be booking my own through simplicity.

Simplicity Cremations were incredibly helpful & kind throughout.
Lesley Masters an arranger at ‘Simplicity Cremations’
provided her email address & her direct line phone number so that she was always reachable if I had any questions. She also explained other useful services:
‘Tell Us Once’ & ‘Death Notification service’.
She let me know when my husband had been collected from the hospital morgue into their care & contacted me to tell me the cremation date & venue.
On the day of the cremation she sent a personal message to say the Simplicity Cremation team had been thinking of me today.
After this she emailed me to confirm how & when my husbands ashes would be returned. The lady who returned his ashes was lovely, very kind & thoughtful.

Great service all the information you need is on there website, easy to navigate filled the forms in online, job done. Would recommend

Everything smooth and easy from the start to the. end

My father passed away and we had not planed the funeral.I called simplicty and they made it so easy for me.
They went through the process with empathy and kept me informed all the way. The only negitive i experianced was not knowing where my Dad was during the collection and cremation.
This is the only reason i did not give 5 stars. Thank you to Lesley for all your help.

I feel relieved that there’ll be no hassle. My family are aware the situation.

So disappointing so far. Paid for a direct cremation for my father. Charged a large ‘urgent care’ supplement as he died at home and required to be collected. No-one had turned up by the stated time so had to call Simplicity and go through their automated system yet again despite being given a direct line. My father was eventually collected approximately one hour late. No explanation or contact whatsoever. I’m really concerned that, if this a typical service level from this company, I will not receive any further details of when and where the cremation is taking place. So very disappointed and sad that my father and his family have been so disrespectfully treated. There is only one opportunity to organise a cremation. I just wish I’d used another company.

However I have been told to ‘take care’ many times today! Not helpful either!

Update: it’s now day 29 since the cremation. I was informed that I would hear about the delivery of my father’s ashes within 30 days. Guess what! Not a word from Simplicity despite a hefty £75 charge for delivery. I’m wondering if the ashes will ever appear. Such an appalling experience to contend with alongside a bereavement.

Just exactly what was needed at a very upsetting time. Kind, thoughtful and caring. Exceptional support and consideration throughout, and aftercare too.

So kind & helpful from start to finish. Kept me updated at all times.
