I have dealt with Silvermans a number of times over the years. Good customer service and easy to deal with.

Bought CWS NATOSTRETCH watch strap (black & grey stripe). Looks & feels great. Excellent value and helps me preserve the original steel bracelet. 😊

When I was in the reserve forces in the nineties no trip up into London was complete without my stopping off to shop for extra buy yourself military outdoors kit items here from Mr Silverman at Silverman's. It's always been one of my most favourite places to shop. Knowledge there of the team is second to none and the quality of genuine surplus kit unparalleled as far as I was concerned. Looking forwards to shopping there in person one day soon again. Have shopped there online also. Very good standard of customer care and service.

I got the Teaser P59 ESS. S-BLUE bought as a present and it is simply beautiful. Love the way it illuminates in the night time. I recommend this watch highly and their service is excellent. Eva.

Purchased a CWC SBS divers watch on Thursday evening and watch arrived on Saturday morning. So far so good. Can’t fault.

I purchased two CWC watches, the standard G10 and the RN diver QM60. the parcel arrived the next day, and the watches are really great quality.

I bought a pair of HARLEY DAVIDSON TYSON BOOTS from Silvermans.co.uk ,and by receiving em I noticed that they were one and half size bigger than my size (mistake made by me ordering that size). I realized then ,that UK boots sizes are a totally different fit than European sneakers/tennis shoes. I contacted them explaining them the problem, and Clint was so kind and professional to exchange the big size with a smaller size wich now it fit perfectly. We split the shipping costs,(i paied the return postal fee to UK, and the store paied the fee to resend me the right size boots) wich it was pretty fair, and honest.
Customer service was one of the best I had since I shop online,very quick response to emails,and willing to solve the problem with the customer.
I will definitely buy again from them .

I have ordered many items over the years - usually trousers, as I'm a photographer and reinforced knee panels are nearly as critical as my camera - and have alway been very happy with both quality and service. Latest pair arrived promptly this week and am delighted!

I had a hunting expedition yesterday I had to bow out of the team, on 31st Dec I ordered combat boot laces for my boots on express delivery they never arrived when you go to call them they don't answer you when you send e-mail they have no urgency in contacting you, do not purchase goods from this company they will not honour the order I would not even recommend a dead person to order from these hill dwellers

I was trying to buy some military boots,when I've been in the shop I couldn't find correct size for me but the guy from the shop told me to left my mobile number and they call me back in 24h and let me know if they can order for me.
I was waiting 2days for any sign from them cos nobody call me,so I call them to remind them about the item.The same guy told me the same story that I must wait for call from them in the next 24h-and guess what?NOBODY CALLED ME till today.
My opinion-horrible servce if you don't want to eat your nerves and don't stress PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS SHOP because simply they don't care about customers and there's many other military shops around with much more better service and prices.

I see Silvermans have very few reviews and only a 5-ish rating, hence I am writing this to correct the issue. This is my first time ordering from them, I got an expensive (for me) Alpha jacket. The colours not available were clearly shown on the website so I ordered one in the available colour. It was indeed in stock since I ordered on Monday and it was dispatched on Tuesday (tracking number supplied) and I got it on Friday (International order), I think it's pretty good. The packaging was poor since it appeared like a black rubbish bag. I was expecting maybe a cardboard parcel with their catalogue, flyers etc. but there was nothing except the clothing and the invoice. This is not important though because the jacket and its liner were perfect just like I wanted, so nothing to complain. I think I will order again from Silvermans or call at the store if I am in London since they have loads of stuff I like.

Ordered a Schott motorcycle jacket after first ascertaining item was in stock. Item was packed and dispatched the same day and received the following day. Have placed many orders over the years, all were processed promptly. Will be using again.

Sent used broken watches CWC. To compensate the costs of repairing abandoned. Return the goods can not be due to customs obstacles. Initially misinformed about the amount of VAT refund. Long disinterested communication

I was shopping around for a pair of boots so as i did with many site i added a pair to my basket, i received the normal email reminding me to buy them but i decided to leave it a few more days.
I then decided i would go for them and completed my purchase, with an email confirming my order and money less in my account balance i thought it was plane sailing.
24hrs later i receive a phone call saying they don't have my size(they do stock checks daily according to the website so for 4/5 days they were false advertising them) but they could do the them in a different colour. Brilliant i thought! until 20 min later i received another phone call asking me to pay another £50 to receive these boots, for their incompetence!
I am now waiting for funds to be replaced into my account, avoid like the plague people! incompetence at its best!

OK, let me start the ball rolling for Silvermans: I hope they rack up a few more reviews like mine. I visited the shop a couple of years ago, bought the most brilliant pair of trousers to go on a low-luggage trip round central Europe. BDU USA Combat trousers. For 2 years they have been the first thing that gets worn out of the wash.

Ordered 2 more pairs and other stuff online. Good prices, sensible delivery, arrive safely in 48hrs, just right. OK what more do you expect? Nothing...

No qualms about recommending - hope other folks get the same solid, reliable service. Thank you Sivermans, I'll be back (if these ever wear out, which I very much doubt!)
