Exceptionally great company
This company is brilliant at what they do. David in particular was exceptionally helpful in sorting out my travel itinerary. He ensured that my family and I got the best deal at the cheapest price, even in the middle of the hyper inflation caused by the crisis in Ukraine. I’ll highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very disappointed
Mr Jason have me advice on a flight and told me I can travel there i booked my ticket and went to the airport and was told sorry I cant travel due to corovirus and was sent back after traveling 5 hours to the airport the advice given was wrong and for that reason I lost alotnof money and time very disappointed and would not recommend booking from silk travel

Excellent customer service and attention to detail, Samuel ensured that I got the best price for the flight for my parents as well as taking the care to reserve wheelchair assistance at the airport for my elderly parents.
