I sent my register application 09.03, it says wait 3-5 days for the result. It is 27.03. Still don't have answer on my 3 emails wroten to their support email. In live chat no answer as well!!!!

It is also important to clarify that there are several companies operating in the payment sector using similar names to “Silkpay.” These companies do not have a Trustpilot account, and unfortunately, we have seen cases where negative experiences with other companies uing our name and are mistakenly posted on our profile.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Ich habe eine UnionPay-Karte erstellt, die viel zu teuer ist. Leider kann ich auf keiner Webseite, die UnionPay anbietet, bezahlen.
Jetzt wollte ich mein aufgeladenes Geld auszahlen, aber ich kann es nicht, da das Konto, auf dem ich das Geld auf SilkPay eingezahlt habe, nicht mehr existiert und ein anderes Konto anscheinend nicht akzeptiert wird.
Als nächstes verlangen sie 15€ Gebühren, um das Konto aufzulösen und das Geld auf ein anderes Konto zu überweisen.
Im Jahr 2024 erwartet man schon ein wenig mehr Professionalität!
