When I needed immediate assistance, Connor answered my call on the first ring and swiftly resolved my issue, allowing me to complete the online signing. It's a tremendous relief to know that I can receive prompt support without needing to chat, send emails, or wait for a return call. SIGNiX and their support team are truly top-notch!

This platform is easy to use. The trainers were amazing. The convenience of an RON in our company is literally a life saver.

During my very first 2 signings, Signix would not accept the IDs that the signers scanned in. I tried calling Customer Service, but no one answered. I then tried sending an email, but no one ever replied. Very very disappointing!!!

Gina's voice is always welcoming and she is always ready to help. I have been on other platform that said they would have help available but when I needed the help no one was available to help or they would just send a link and since these platforms are cheap I found their lack of help frustrating. I am a hands on learner, so with the help of Gina and my friend James I am picking up using Signix fluently.

I was very pleased to be speaking with a real person who returned emails and phone calls. The training was clear and the amount of additional training materials was very much appreciated.

Easy to learn, a little tough to perfect 👌

Not as easy to use as I expected. I was hoping my clients could use easily on mobile devices but it is designed more for desktops with cameras. Support staff is great but logistics of operating were not where I had hoped.

Its my first time getting this credential and dont have anything else to compare to, but I can honestly say the team has been very patient, informative and readily available to answer questions as well as provide updated details/instructions. Thanks to Madeline & Mike S.
