I ordered a bathroom cupboard from a site that I thought was VictorianPlumbing.co.uk as it had that banner over the page. The sale went through on my credit card but I received no confirmation of purchase. I wrote to Victorian Plumbing with a screenshot of the purchase and they told be it wasn't their site.They pointed out that i had actually landed on the site for bathroommirroruk.com who operate out of China. Pretending to be a company based in the UK and adopting their banner is surely fraudulent. I have written twice to the company online but have received no answer

I ordered a shower door, which never turned up on day promised made several phone calls never answers the phone or emails asked for a refund, never got one !!!

Following my previous review, I felt compelled to say that the managing director, has dismissed the member of staff that had fobbed us off for so long and given us kid glove service to make up for all the inconvenience. I am now in possession of the shower screen which is in perfect condition. We are delighted with the quality. Thank you Dean, your diligence has been much appreciated.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE! Lies, lies, lies! Ordered shower enclosure, waited and waited. Didn’t arrive. They said the courier lost it (as if). They said they would order another enclosure from the manufacturer but were waiting for a part? Couldn’t give me a date for delivery. Asked for a refund - they said yes but (again) it never arrived!!!! Luckily, PayPal refunded it. How long can this bunch keep ripping people off.

After ordering a shower tray and enclosure to a total value of over £800, I waited for weeks for delivery and was repeatedly told it was on its way. Eventually, without warning, after over 4 weeks a shower tray turned up, but was completely the wrong product. After insisting on a refund, this has still not materialised for over another 4 weeks, so at time of writing I'm still over £800 out of pocket.
This business is incapable of serving its customers or dealing with issues in a timely or responsible manner, and seems happy to fabricate reasons for their failures at every turn. Don't buy from them.

Failed to deliver the complete order. Many broken promises of delivery. Wasted time waiting for deliveries that never happened. Promised refund never happened. Stopped communicating. They deleted related online chat thread and then I found I was viewing a complete strangers online order and not mine. Had to claim money back from Paypal.

Nothing except I need a delivery date urgently..builder on stand by costing me money!!

Help please!!

I ordered a wet room shower screen and end panel. The delivery was prompt couldn't fault the delivery. But when I got home I noticed the sizes on the boxes.
Main screen 700 x 2000 with 300 diverter all correct. However the end panel 760 x 1900. Width correct but 100mm shorter than main panel. Now after 5 phone call and a 2 week wait I eventually got the replacement end panel unfortunately they sent exactly the same size as the 1 I already had.
They took an age to answer the phone, exchange dates came and went, so now I've asked for a refund that they said will take 2 days to process. Not holding my breath but paypal have been notified so we'll wait and see.

Having had no conformation of my order, I called Shower Enclosures on the day of delivery because I hadn't heard from them and I was given a 2-hour slot for delivery on that day, but my order failed to arrive. The whole process just didn't feel right. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and managed to get a fast refund. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. I'm not sure if this is a genuine company.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered...do not deal with this company...atrocious service once they had payment...never kept one delivery date with the plumber waiting to fit it and then at the last minute stated they could not supply the shower door knowing that the shower could not be used !!!!...do not answer the phone calls or e mails...eventually got my money back off them today after being abrupt and rude in an e mail...ordered with another company who were exactly how it should be...be warned you will not have an easy time with this company

They completely ignored my request to resolve a faulty product - once I eventually got hold of them they lied to me about how the issue was being dealt with (corroborated by the product manufacturer who confirmed they had not had any contact despite what Shower Enclosures UK told me) and obfuscated on every issue. This company should be out of business.

Do not buy from here. Items not received. Tried multiple times to get a response with no answer. Finally got hold of them and was told it was with a courier but they didn't know who. Promised call back, never received. Now trying to get my money back from my credit card company.

Do not use this company. Wrong item delivered. Eventually got a call saying missing parts would be delivered. Never arrived. They never answer the phone. Don't even bother emailing them.

ordered shower panels a month ago. Got them on the phone EVENTUALLY. ' Its with the courier , I'll check and get back to you'...... needless to say he never did.
We played this game 3 times!
On the 4th attempt (calling all day) and several emails I've asked for a refund.
Still have no refund or shower panels??? No idea whats going on with this company but I will avoid and advise you to do the same.

Faulty enclosure delivered. Shower Encloures UK have told me nothing but a pack of lies since I've tried to resolve the problem. It's incredibly difficult to speak to anyone as others have said here, and they don't answer any emails. If you do manage to speak to them it's highly likely they will give you the run around. After emailing the complaint I managed to contact them by phone (after loads of calls that just ring out with no messaging service) and said they would raise the fault with the supplier. They didn't get back to me despite promising to do so. I waited 4 weeks (to account for Christmas) for a further response - again when I managed to finally speak to someone they came out with what turned out to be utter nonsense; they said the supplier had agreed to supply a complete new enclosure to my address but it wouldn't be arriving until late Jan and they were supposed to phone me to explain. I then took the trouble of contacting the supplier direct and unsurprisingly they had no record of any complaint from Shower Enclosures nor any dealings on my issue - they also denied that they had committed to contact me. I then phoned Shower Enclosures back, told them what the supplier told me and asked for their correspondence details - which they refused to share suggesting the information was confidential and price sensitive - I only wanted a claim/order nr! Instead they said they would sort the issue with the supplier, and would definately come back to me within 48hrs. 72hrs later - you guessed it! They failed to come back to me. I tried to phone them again but as usual no response (be warned there is no facility to leave a voicemail as the phone simply stops ringing after a few rings). I then contacted the supplier who again confirmed that no correspondence had taken place on my issue at all - the only details they had was from the original delivery note.

Please don't use this company - they have zero attention to customer service once they have your money. They will take your order and money but leave you if there are any problems. Unfortunately mine is quite significant rendering the shower enclosure useless in its current state.

Play safe and order through another company - they will be the same price and much better customer service.

On their website under 'About Us' they state '.... Sales Manager, Danny Knapton has overall responsibility for the day-to-day sales functions while Marketing Director, Dean Bailey takes care of buying and online marketing..... We’re human and despite many systems being in place to protect products and the accuracy of a customer's order we do make mistakes, furthermore, things do get damaged or go astray. However, how we deal with those situations is what defines our business'. Wow, what a way to define your business!!! In my experience this translates simply to, 'ignore your customer once we have your money'.

A complete shambles of a company, ignoring you whenever they can and if forced to deal with you they are prepared to tell you anything.

I'm not sure this company exists. Item paid for 2/12/22, the phone is never answered and all my chasing emails ignored, just can't make contact with anyone. If they were closer I'd be banging on the door. Ive never written a bad review for a company even when I have a poor experience, but this outfit shouldn't be in business.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Ordered a shower screen in September, they didn't send a receipt or confirm purchase until I'd called them. They had registered my email incorrectly. Screen was on back order for 2 months. Closer to the time of delivery I had to cancel due to bathroom layout changing, I emailed and called several times to cancel, got confirmation over the phone but no sign of the money and they'd stopped replying to my emails weeks ago. Emailed yesterday one final time to say I'm raising a dispute with my bank to get £340 back and will leave a negative review. Bad comms, if you cancel your order just go straight to your bank!

Ordered wet wall from this company and paid for it on Sep 20th. It never arrived despite company saying it was with the courier so last week I managed to contact this company again and they said they’d give me my money back ( strange as the order was supposed to be with a courier..) It is a nightmare to get hold of anyone. They seldom answer the phone. Anyway to cut a long story short our money has not been returned to our credit card and we can’t get hold of anyone now on the phone. Don’t touch this firm with a 6 foot barge pole.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an on line order for a set of radiator valves, If I'd only read the other reviews about this company before placing that order! After 7 days of not hearing anything from the company I contacted them by phone. They confirmed my order had been received and that it should have been dispatched to me the previous week and that they would rectify the issue. Another week has passed and I have not received anything from the company, numerous phone calls to them and emails have not been answered.
