They took my money in August 2020 and nothing has ever arrived and no contact very poor

Ordered end of Jan, several emails and no joy.
Been done I think.

0 stars if I could! I ordered from them, they took money out of my account ...but 6 months on and 8 still havent received my order. They don’t reply to emails. Furious. How can they just take money and get away with it!

Absolutely useless! They took the money for my order out of my account straight away yet, three months on, they have sent nothing....not even an email explaining the delay! A bunch of thieving criminals who now announce they have closed down! I lost money I could ill-afford and have nothing in return! Furious is an understatement!

I have not received my items or a refund despite multiple attempts! Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first, thats money I'm never getting back, which I couldn't afford to just throw away!

This disgusting so called company have robbed innocent people of thousands and thousands of pounds. How is this possible? How have they been allowed to get away with it? So many complaints and we will never get our money back. Has anyone any idea what to do? I tried trading standards but I have had no luck.

Do Not trust this Company. we ordered masks on the 5th January 2021. Despite chasing them and asking for a refund we have not heard from them. Appalling that in these stressful times they can take your money and not deliver the goods or offer a refund. John Kingshott

Don't trust this company! I ordered kitchen utensils on 9 Dec 2020, and despite repeated emails I still haven't received what I ordered. I just kept getting an automated response saying my order is delayed but will be there soon. The website now says the company is closed - they took full payment but I have no chance of getting the product.

I ordered mask from them on

I ordered face masks in November and didn't get them until January they were good quality face masks and ordered more on 5/2/21 they have never arrived and I have never received them. I have emailed a few times and I'm always told they will be here soon. I've asked for a refund but got no response.

Ordered masks for the charity I work for back in January and nothing received.

So the guy who runs this is on Instagram. I'm sure he won't respond to messages there but it's worth a shot if we all have a go. User name is Chrisjonescomic. He has ceo of lockdown kitchen in his profile. He is on companies House and it provide his name and address. Like everyone else I have paid for an item and have not received it. Most frustrating. Do not give this company your money.

Total frauds take your money and don't deliver the goods then ignore emails

wish i had looked at the other reviews before ordering. I DO BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS CON. Have been waiting over 3 MONTHS for pink cloud masks. Money was taken out of account imediately, these scammers SHOULD be prosecuted, they are thieves !!!!! they do not respond to any enquiries, HOW CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT ,KNOWING HOW DISHONEST YOU ARE

I order 2 lots of face masks on 23rd December 2020. I never received them. I emailed countless times only to receive an automated response telling me to bear with them during this difficult time. I have requested a refund twice but still get the same response. I sent a complaint to Facebook about the company. I, like many many others have lost money that I can’t afford to lose. Do not order from this so called company!!!!!

These scammers must have made a fortune. I hope trading standards take them for all they've got. I've worked so hard for my money how dare these robbers think they can get away with it
