After a 10 week wait for goods ordered, they responded to my enquiry about where my goods are with -
I am very sorry for the extremely long wait time that you had to endure for this order. I am very sorry to inform you that we can no longer fulfill your order due to a technical issue with our previous platform provider. I asked for a refund and basically they came up with asking me to pay again to receive a refund ( like I’m going to do that!) then told me ‘ We've processed your refund on but our previous payment processor is holding all refund payments.’ and told me to contact my bank for a refund.
Total rubbish. This company is not registered. Never ever have I experienced such appalling service from a so called company.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had purchased from them a few years ago with no issues hence why I came back but judging by other reviews and my own recent experience they have turned into a full on scam. Still waiting for my June order and no reply to refund requests. Definitely avoid!

Dreadful company. Delivery time quoted as 4 weeks after 11 weeks the goods had still not been delivered, despite various promises. Now waiting 30 working days for a refund. I am beginning to wonder if it is a scam company.

I was like "ohh no there are good reviews on its website, so it most be ok, I'll ignore the bad ones". Nope those are clearly fake.
I ordered end of April and was promised 4 weeks, then it change to 6 weeks, then every time I reached out it was pushed back again and again. I simply ordered kitchen knobs & handles and it sat in production for 18+ weeks before finally I had to cancel. Constant lies about where my order
And customer service...nonexistent. It's clearly AI and in my personal opinion, this company uses purchases as a "bank loan". And my refund...still nothing. We are disputing it now.
I will be submitting this company for Fraud on every platform I can. I literally hate them....worst part of my full home renovation - which is crazy, these were handles and knobs. INSANE!! You've been warned.

Placed an order months ago, they never shipped it. When I emailed, they said I could pay extra for express shipping. I did because the project was running late. Then they ghosted me for a month, then said they had to replace the order and asked if we wanted to. I said yes, then they ghosted me for another 2 weeks and now I'm here.

We ordered some expensive door handles from Meraki. Production time was meant to be up to 6 weeks.

After 6 weeks had passed, there was no update about when they would come, or indeed if they were even being made.

Each time I got in with touch with the customer experience email address they just made vague promises like "I'll flag this for our team to review in detail and provide you with a more specific update. Please expect a reply within 24-48 hours." And then you never hear from them. Probably because the replies are from an AI chatbot.

I had to get in touch with my credit card provider who raised a dispute case against the company.

Don't be fooled by the lovely Instagram pics and 5 star 'reviews' on its site.

The sole director is a chap called Youssef Ali who, from a quick search on Comanies House, struck an old company called 'Shop Meraki Ltd' off the register, and the current one - 'Meraki. Hardware Ltd' - is a such a small company it is exempt from publishing accounts (suggests it's not exactly a big, successful company...) and has exactly zero employees. Smells a bit fishy.

He also has another company called 'Natural Vintage (Natage) Ltd' - which, quelle surprise, last filed accounts for a dormant company.

I think that tells its own story. Don't be fooled.

Awful. Do you use. Same as the rest, place an order just to be passed from pillar to post.

Still chasing a refund. It looks like good stuff, but try and buy elsewhere. What a shame!!

Hi everyone. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I need to warn people about the worst experience with any company I have ever had in my life. This company will steal your money and not give you your product. You will never see your money again.

I placed an order on the 3rd of February. It is now September and I have no order and no refund. I started to get suspicious when my order never arrived but I was patient as I was willing to wait for a quality product. I decided to write to the team who constantly told me my order would be on its way but it never arrived. After waiting patiently I asked for a refund. To my shock they informed me that because I had ordered a bespoke item I could only get store credit which was completely shocking. They falsely claim you will get your product in 6 weeks and it was well beyond this. It was their mistake re false advertising so they should give me money back.

After this I explained they can’t do this and they agreed to give me a refund. This was over a month ago and I have no refund. I am now proceeding to go to an ombudsman regarding getting my money back.

I noted some negative comments on their Instagram page and now I note they have limited their comments on Instagram meaning several people have had the same experience. I have reported their account to Instagram as a scam account.

Please don’t make the same mistake as me.

Terrible service. Like many other people, I fell for the glowing reviews on their website. In addition, the account was followed by big names in interior styling.

I placed my order on 23 June and received it yesterday, 8 September. I am still waiting for a refund of 135 euros, which can only be released after 180 days.

The quality of the product is good, but the experience and negligence of this company is truly scandalous. I feel sorry for the people who work in the support department. Because I can't imagine that they receive even one positive message.

Do NOT order here!

There is a similar story across all the reviews. THEY DON'T DELIVER THE ORDERS. This site is a scam. Don't purchase from them.

Placed an order on April 25, but the items were never shipped or delivered. The company promised a refund, yet they’ve failed to issue it — despite multiple follow-ups.

If you're considering buying from them, think twice. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Again wish I could give zero stars. Placed an order in December. Chased about 5 times each time a holding response telling me in production. Gave up and requested a refund and they advised to ask my bank for a chargeback as they cannot refund behind 180 days. Bank could not process for same reason so am now out of pocket terrible company….

6 months waiting for handles that never arrived. Now 30 days waiting for a refund that I reckon will never arrive. I will be initiating legal action from tomorrow.

As with everyone else on here, if I could give 0 stars, I would. They also have fake TrustPilot reviews on their website, which is why I ordered with them in the first place!

Our handle order was placed in July 2025 and after chasing for months and us sending two formal letters of complaint, they’ve ceased all contact with us. I can see from other reviews on here that it looks as though they won’t be fulfilling this order, but we haven’t been offered a refund for the almost £400 we’ve spent…

I can also see the director seems to have done this before with previous businesses, so absolutely avoid this con of a business! Spare your sanity!

This is my second order with shop meraki.

The first one took 6 months to arrive.

This latest one (order placed in Feb 2025) is still listed as IN PRODUCTION at today’s days of 5 September 2025.

They collate orders to be manufactured in China I assume and only dispatch when they have a full container load. The quality isn’t worthy the wait tbh.

I wish I could give zero points...I ordered furniture hardware on May 3rd. I’ve sent them a few emails asking about the status. They kept me hostage with promises that the order would be dispatched shortly. A few times I even asked for my money back, a question they didn’t even acknowledge. And now after four months (again after an email from me) they say that "upper management has confirmed that, due to a technical issue with our previous platform provider that affected our fulfillment and payment systems for orders placed up until July 2025, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your original order."
They cancelled the order today and they are now saying it will take 30 days to refund the money paid. I don't trust them at all. I wonder if I get my money back (almost €400!). Take my advice, don't shop at Meraki.
It's October 16th now and I still haven't got my money back. I'm going to press charges. Avoid this company. It's a big scam!

I am still waiting 8 months for a refund. I have struggled to gain contact details for anyone, so thank you to whoever got the company information from Companies House, we have to take this further, this is unacceptable.

Awful scam company. As others have said, nothing arrives, and impossible to get a refund. Clearly just a fake company, no idea how they get away with it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Order placed in March for handles for my whole kitchen (19 handles) and I had to chase for updates on my order when it lapsed their stated shipping time. I was continuously lied to about where my products were, if they’d actually been made or not and it wasn’t possible to ship due to ‘technically issues in the warehouse’. Eventually after 16weeks of waiting with still no confirmation I cancelled my order. They said they would issue a refund within 30days, this has now lapsed with no update from Meraki as to why. I am having to go through the process of getting my refund for goods I have not received via my credit card company, again waisting more of my time. Truly the worst experience as a customer I have ever experienced.

In the meantime I found another company online and ordered exactly the same handles and they arrived within 2 weeks of ordering with a lovely customer experience.
