Elle a finalement été annulée en septembre 2025 et ils nous ont expliqué qu’un remboursement serait fait dans le mois. Ils nous ont proposé de renouveler la commande et de recevoir 10% de dédommagement.
Nous avons accepté, nous avons repassé directement commande.
Elle a été annulée ce jour sans aucune explication.
Nous n’avons perçu aucun des remboursements.
C’est un scandale d’agir de la sorte, nous avons perdu 800€
No Product and No refund
Order handles in May. After a second follow up was told that the order system had changed and I needed to reorder. Was offered 10% additional discount if I placed and paid for a second order. I said I’d wait for a refund first. Still waiting. No refund and no product.

They promised my order in fur to six weeks. After ter months of promises to put it at the top of the priority list , it was cancelled. They then promised a refund in thirty days, after another month the said it was processed and I would see it in a couple of days. That was two months ago.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone. The delivery timeframe is insanely long. Response time to questions is too long and only partially answers what was asked. I don't understand how this type of service can stay afloat in a competitive industry where you can order and receive similar handles in a week or 2.
Very bad shopping experience

They kept giving different excuses for the delay. After a few months I was convinced that i lost my money, but i received the product in the end, which was okay. I will however not order here again and do not recommend it.

I ordered cabinet handles in June. I still have not received the handles or a refund. I have contacted the Police and files a report.
Scam and money never returned.
After 8 months of chasing an order and subsequent refund, I am yet to recieve it. Similarly to other reviews this seems to be a complete scam that violates all consumer laws.

Don't get fulled by a beautiful website
I've ordered a few items from Meraki in May. By August nothing was delivered. Later, they came back to say that the issue is with one of their vendors and that I will get a refund. They also asked if I wanted to re-order which I did. Few days later, the made a very small transfer for 10% off for the second attempt, but even today I haven't received the original amount. Now it's been a month, and the second order is also lost at the Dutch border. The products on the website are beautiful but everything else looks like a scam.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Poor customer service. Items arrived significantly delayed even when I paid £45 for express delivery.
Items arrived damaged and unfinished. Reached out to the company several items. They did not want to rectify and kept saying they would look into a solution. Never rectified. I paid over £200 for damaged handles. STAY AWAY.
Avoid at all costs.

I've not received any items and am in a death loop of execuses.
Please dont make the same mistake I did by falling for the lovely designs. The items will never arrive and you will lose money.

I had to give it 1 star in order to proceed with a review.
We ordered some wall lights in May, and to date we have not received them.
The communication throughout was AI generated initially, a human response amounting to nothing would follow a few days later. The constant excuses for why the lights were not delivered was quite frankly ridiculous.
After 6 months I requested a refund, this was immediately accepted but sadly only in Writing, eventually after my persistent complaints I got a letter telling me to initiate a chargeback from my bank as the refund with them was ‘on hold’. What nonsense. However my bank expertly dealt with it.
Absolutely avoid Meraki lights, the lights are all beautifully showcased on line but as such do not exist. The reviews from satisfied customers are old reviews, the Meraki of now is not trustworthy and an unreliable company, possibly a scam.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM!! The shop is a total scam. I never received my order (ordered July and nothing yet as per 26th September). The customer service has been promising to send my order ‘next week’ or a ‘two week latest’ but I don’t think I will ever receive it. I urge everyone who was scammed by this company to complain to Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd. Something has to be done about this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are total con artists. £700 order in may never received and I’ve been promised a refund for 2 months and they are now telling me to get a refund from my credit card instead! AVOID AVOID AVOIS

As many said, they provide any type of excuses (delay with orders, issues with the provider, technical issues, issues with databases....). You will never receive your order or your money back. STAY AWAY!!
SCAM
I wrote a review 6 months ago but needed to update it. I ordered 1 year ago and after sending me the wrong products and exchanging dozens of mails (literally 100 mails I think), I still have no refund or the right products. This is just a scam, they always have a good reason to not send you back your money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, I don't know how this company is still running, so many of us reported them.

Basically a scam my order has not been fulfilled after a selection of stories and one which involved me paying for it again and they have now ghosted me. AVOID!!! I am thankful that I only lost £80 and not more ☹️
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Over two months after ordering, I have not received the orders, nor – now – the £352.36 in refunds I am owed after the company admitted they messed up.
I placed orders on the 10 and 12 of July which have still not arrived. They said that orders typically 3 to 6 weeks plus 7-10 days shipping – which means the orders should have arrived, at the very latest, by 2 September. On 11 August they told me the orders “remain on schedule and are expected to be dispatched within the estimated timeframe.” On August 28 they said: “A recent system upgrade temporarily affected our shipment operations” but that “Your order has now been flagged as a priority and is currently estimated to be dispatched within the next 1 to 2 weeks at the latest.” So, it should have arrived by 11 September. On Sept 8 they said: “I'm writing to you today with a sincere apology regarding the extremely long wait you've experienced with your order. We want to be completely transparent about what happened: we encountered a major technical issue with our previous platform provider that made it impossible for us to fulfill your order as intended. We've tried every avenue to make it happen, and I'm so sorry to say we can no longer process it. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we would like to re-place it for you. This will allow us to immediately fulfill it, and you can expect it to be delivered within 5-7 business days.”
Guess what, I have not received any orders. They have also not refunded me for one item I cancelled very early in the process – which was finally cancelled by them on 12 August (though I asked them to cancel it a month earlier). They said: “the refund should be processed within 30 days”. Over 30 days later, I’ve still not received a refund. Now they are telling me: “We absolutely want to process this for you, but we've run into a technical limitation with our payment processor. They have a 180-day window for processing refunds, and unfortunately, your payment falls outside of this timeframe.”
So after their mistakes, they are still refusing to take responsibility and refund me what I am owed. Basically, the delay in the order was their mistake, but they are now telling me they can’t process a refund because it’s taken too long. I will be taking this up with a consumer ombudsman but want to warn others.
