Mobile clothes pole to fit in tight closet
High quality and strength of the goods neede d for heavy garments. Relatively easy to order; we had to telephone to clarify information and the agent was very helpful. Clear when it was going to ve delivered. Assembly was a challenge in tight space but achieved fairly quickly, with a bit of invasive. A couple of components extra with no apparent role. ??

Fantastic customer service.
Fantastic customer service.
I bought a 2-tier hanging rail and made a mess of the construction that couldn't be remedied. I called to ask for help and was delighted that they sent a replacement immediately. No quibble.
The lovely guy I spoke to immediately understood my issue, didn't argue or put me down for getting it wrong. How refreshing!
I wish that there was a video or clear step by step diagrams to fully explain the construction and what NOT to do - and why- so no-one makes the same mistake that I did. I found the existing online guide confusing.
But thank you again for trusting me with another rail!
