Gary : You are a Star!!
Gary was incredibly helpful with my recent request to process returns and set up new invoices for my new items. He handled everything quickly and kept me updated by email every step of the way, so I never had to chase him for updates.
Dealing with returns and exchanges can often be stressful, but he made the entire experience completely effortless and worry-free. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about solving my problem as fast as possible.
He did a fantastic job !!

Service is excellent
Service is excellent. Only draw back was the stickers on the product, the glue is so strong it makes it really difficult to get the sticker/label off without it leaving a mess. Quick for system, all speed gone due to faffing.
Service to send the product out is top notch though! Highly recommended

Excellent service
Excellent service. I had an issue with one of the metal shelves on a unit I bought. Rang Gary Monday morning with a query, took a picture of the issue and emailed it and had a replacement shipped to me the next day. I was really impressed. Thanks Gary and SFW I would definitely purchase again from here and thoroughly recommend this company.

Mobile clothes pole to fit in tight closet
High quality and strength of the goods neede d for heavy garments. Relatively easy to order; we had to telephone to clarify information and the agent was very helpful. Clear when it was going to ve delivered. Assembly was a challenge in tight space but achieved fairly quickly, with a bit of invasive. A couple of components extra with no apparent role. ??
