Very disappointing shopping experience! Placing an order on the 8th of November and not received it yet today (22nd November) is just unacceptable from a company like this! The account is not accessible from Chrome. Tracking has arrived after 12 days, no information on the order status. Unfortunately that was a gift for a birthday which has never been delivered, therefore I will never order again on Disney shop. I contacted the customer service and their excuses were really poor (warehouse delays).

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. over 3 weeks for delivery. Due to late arrival i missed my sons birthday so then have gone through the pain of returning and trying to get a refund. I shipped the item back using their service which arrived within 3 days, i am now 3 weeks on and still waiting for the refund payment. I have managed to get through to their customer service nut just get brushed off and told i need to wait a few more days for the refund. never again...

I don’t even want to give it one star. I placed an order on the 8th November 2023 to make the most of the large soft toy discount. I’m still waiting for my order to be dispatched! I’ve had no communication to update me on why the order hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve had to spend ages on the online chat or trying to get someone to speak to me on Facebook messenger. I’m so close to cancelling my order but I don’t want to let my children down as these toys are for them. The way shopdisney are handling this is absolutely disgraceful. If you can’t fulfil orders made nearly 2 weeks ago do not keep you website open until you’ve caught up and can deliver a proper service! I’m extremely disappointed and it’s annoying that I can’t even go into store to purchase these as you’ve closed all those down aswell. Sort your act out shopdisney!

Order placed on 7th November recieved in 4 seperate parcels. First lot of parcels was fast delivery. Second ones was a little slower and it was meant to be recieved on the 16th. Came on the 17th. No emails to say it was split but all arrived.

Ordered a set of 2 toys. 1 got cancelled, no explanation. But it's still for sale on the website. No response to emails yet.

If I could give zero stars I would! Been loyal customer for years but on 8th November placed an order that is still showing as processing today (18/11/23). They are not responding to DM's on facebook and all contact options seem to have been removed from website. My advice would be don't order, but if you have to use a credit card so you can do a chargeback. I used Paypal and have to wait until December before they will do anything, despite me sending photos showing I've already tried to contact them.

Ordered a Lego set with the TOYTUESDAY offer and free delivery. Thought I was being organised for my daughter’s Christmas present by ordering early. Was supposed to have been delivered by yesterday. Got an email this morning to say they had cancelled the order due to stock issues. Funnily enough, the item is still available at full price on the ShopDisney website. Took me 2 hours to get through on the live chat as kept getting disconnected every time I got to the front of the queue. Customer service assistant was very polite and apologetically but blamed “technical issues” at warehouse for this issue. Not the first time this has happened recently either. Will not be ordering from ShopDisney again!

Terrible terrible !! Ordered an item on 8/11/23 - 10 days later I have been told it hasn’t even been shipped yet ! Was meant to arrive yesterday for a bday present ! Chatted online with customer service only to be mocked at which has made me even more angry ! Avoid at all costs !

Placed an order on 08.11.2023 for two Funko pops. Website quotes 5 days for delivery upon ordering.

Confirmation email claims delivery by 17.11.2023, which is today. No dispatch for my items, it's now been 9 days! I Also sent Disney a message two days ago via their facebook page and still not had a single response.

Had to make a claim with my bank who have refunded me instantly. Appalling service for such a big company. Used them so many times previously and never had an issue. No way I would ever order another thing from Disney after this.

I don’t know what’s happened to shop disney lately but I won’t be using them anymore. I have been a regular customer for years but the last few months things have changed for the worse. Placed an order on 7/11 and still not received it. Shows as processing online and that hasn’t changed since placing the order. Delivery is an absolute joke at the moment, that and them randomly cancelling orders with no explanation. Shocking service.

Awful delivery service and customer service is a joke just wasted 45 mind of my time where they changed the goal posts. On my original email it said that everything would be delivered within 10 days. I received part of my order but am still missing a doll now been told it will be another 10 days??

Awful return experience leaving me out of pocket. Tracking clearly shows item is back with retailer over a month ago but as I can't show a paper receipt (I used a locker) I can't get my refund! Scam really as they can sell the item again and make double the money. Avoid. Buy the items on amazon at least you are safe there! Or if you do want to return them just sell on ebay

Update. Reached out to their Facebook and they very helpfully confirmed the return and refunded me. Money received back in less than 24 hours of Facebook message. Thank you Facebook team you need to teach the website chat team your tricks!

I placed order for spiderman pyjamas and a soft toy. A week later I received email advising they were pleased to say they had refunded me for the soft toy. No explanation of why and no apology. Very disappointed. This was first time using shop Disney and will be the last.

Paid for express delivery and received the items 10days later - which was too late for the birthday they were purchased for. Tried to return the items and the website kept saying they were not eligible for return. The chat function on the website was turned off and the company was not responding to emails. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and wish I had of read reviews before ordering. I didn't realise how bad Disney had become.

Bought 2 stitch teddies ( One was a Halloween special that you can’t buy anymore) for my daughter on the 20/10/23. Evri was supposed to deliver never tried and just sent it back. Contacted Disney and they said they would email Evri and try to get it delivered. I contacted a week later and instead got told It got delivered and refused by me at my local parcelshop. Issued a refund 3 weeks after my parcel should have been delivered instead of resending my parcel

Pretty sure this is a scam website.

Ordered a doll that was on sale.
Over a week later, had an email saying "treasure ahoy! Yourbrefubd is on its way! HUZZAH! Just wanted to lwt you onow that we have redunded the following items...."
I hadn't cancelled the order so why the congratulatory tone?!
I rang up to find out what was going on and was told its a glitch that they can't overcome.
I can see the the doll is still available, but at full price now and would have to pay shipping.
I pointed this out and the guy told me they don't recommend reordering the same product again in case it happens again. But if I do, order it within a week and they will honour the original order price by refunding it and refunding delivery.....
Would anyone have faith in them doing that!?
Don't order - its a total scam website.
The worst customer service imaginable and at all what you expect from such a big brand.

What a Sham of a company. I ordered a birthday present for my Granddaughter in plenty of time. 11 days on and still not arrived. Took my money straight away though. Tried to cancel the order so I can go and buy another present - I have to wait for it to arrive and then pay to return it before they’ll refund me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY - especially with Christmas coming or you’ll be bitterly disappointed

Awful service, items obviously lost by the courier, ordered mid October, 5 phone calls later and lot of waiting still not resolved on 9th November, they don't bother returning calls as promised and don't seem to want to refund/replace. Update 13/11/23 (1 Month after order) The shopDisney team on Facebook seemed a lot more professional and understanding than their call centre. They offered a full refund/replacement on the 12/11/23 and the refund appeared back in account the very next day (not the usual 5-7 day wait) hence a boost up to 3 stars from 1 star as they still have issues with the call centre managers never returning calls.

5 orders over the last 6 weeks all have been delayed some arriving 24 days after ordering. One order was placed 3 weeks prior to my daughters birthday and arrived 3 days after and their response is literally it's out of their control. No don't take orders if you're not shipping them
Customer service absolutely useless currently waiting on a parcel ordered 26nd October and told to be patient. Was shipped last week supposedly but with false tracking information that doesn't work with any carrier. Won't give a date as to when they'll consider it lost or if I will even be refunded. This company needs reporting to trading standards as they're constantly taking money for orders they can't fulfill and continuing to add sales and discounts on items they clearly don't have available.

I wish Id seen these reviews. My items are not being shipped despite being ordered last month. Live chat and disney call centre just say the same thing. Take a look at their social media for hundreds of the same complaint. Its actually ridiculous and the company now needs reporting. No items are being shipped out yet their advertising them and discounting them. An absolute joke. Cant get a refund either. I want my money back .
