Pants not stretchy, returning is expensive
The pants did not fit well, not really stretchy at all. Returning was very expensive as I had to pay for shipping from Canada back to US.

Beware the cost of returning your order
Unfortunately I didn't read the terms and conditions before I purchased. The website gives the appearance of a UK based company (which I assume is intentional to instill some confidence in UK customers). I ordered 2 pairs of trousers which unfortunately didn't fit so I had to return. I was disappointed to learn that return options were to either Australia, U.S. and Malaysia "for my convenience" and at my own cost (The return cost me £23.50). I complained to customer services but Zoe gave me a fairly empty reply:
"Our sincere apology. We are noting down your feedback and we really appreciate that you took the time in providing us with these details. We will escalate this to our management to better improve our services in the future.
We would like to sincerely apologize that our current returns and exchange policy is causing dissatisfaction on your part. We would like to assist you further through this issue and the best we can offer you now is to consider the return process."
When I asked what this meant, Zoe did not reply and has not replied to any e-mails since.
Won't be using this company again!!

Second time was a charm
The first time I ordered was about 9 months ago. The s-m-l sizing was not clearly defined abd I opted for m hoping for approx 33" waist. I loved the pants but they did not fit. I was not able to return and the price went up so I was reluctant to order again. I decided to go for it last week. Got size L. I love the pants now that I have the correct size. I'd love to get them in the darker khaki available for the joggers. Anyways I'm quite happy I decided to try again. The cut is dope, the quality is present. They look & feel good.

Sizing inconsistent and costly
Melbourne, Jan 2022.
I purchased on Facebook, I though why not, good reviews, so a looked up the jeans shorts, I was a size large, so I also purchased some boardies as well, again size large. But I didn't look up the sizing chart, on my phone, because I assumed the same...
Well, they both arrived in the mail, in record time, the jean shorts fitted perfectly, however, the boardie shorts were miles too small, like i couldn't get the button done up small... Xmas has busted me, I don't have a large waist, so I'm never more than a large size, what going on here??
So, I follow up with customer services, and they tell me the sizing for the jean shorts, and the sizing for boardies are different. The boardies are much smaller, as stated in the sizing chart online, and you need to get a bigger size. I checked, I'm a large, or did I only check the jeans shorts...hmmm.
Now, my point is, it's same company, so assume the same sizing, so all the sizing for pants, shorts, swimmers, needs to be the same. (it couldn't be that hard to get a measuring tape) Otherwise every single item you buy from here, you need to look up the sizing chart, on your phone, for each and every item you buy. As everyone knows, guys love to go into these details, but we have plenty of money to buy online. Every other online shop, that sell there own gear has a universal sizing, that always fits.
It cost me the return postage, and a massive hassle, I'd not really be bothered, was it my faulth?? I assumed, they work logically for sizing, S,M,L,XL,XXL easy stuff...all I want is consistency,

Good pants, Terrible return process!
Update: Seems there has been some miscommunication. I received an email with return instructions. Updated my review rating accordingly.
The pants are good and the shipping within Australia is quite fast. But the return process is terrible!
It has been more than 10 days since I sent an email asking to return my order #13255 and heard nothing from them to date!
Very annoying experience.

Pants are good, and are as described. I spent five minutes looking at myself in the mirror, observing the style and craftsmen-ship (not something I do often). From the cut, color, comfort everything is on point. I'm surprised I didn't find this company earlier. Thank you for the attention to detail and hearing you customers. Will shop from you again!
