I was skeptical ordering from a social media advertisement, but...I'm VERY glad I ordered! The items arrived quickly and the pants were exactly the type of casual/semi-dress pants I was looking for. Comfort, versatility, high quality and outstanding customer service
After coming across Bottoms Lab in 2021, I have purchased a few different pieces of apparel from Bottoms Lab. There products best in class from a quality perspective and I am always pleased with my purchase. The comfort and versatility of their products is always as advertised, actually better. From a customer service perspective, a few of my purchases have been online which resulted in me ordering incorrect sizes (their sizes are true to fit). Their customer services team has been great, responding quickly with clear instructions and always happy to accommodate my unique needs. I highly recommend given their products and the customer experience a try if this is something you are considering

Great clothes, Great Service
Bought numerous pairs of trousers from the team at Bottomlabs. Great clothes and delivery.
I tried to buy some for my son, but he didn't like them. We returned them with no hassle and the refund was super simple.

Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered two pairs of the 30" Momentum long pants. Fit Advisor suggested I order size large but I knew 32-33" would be too loose so I ordered the medium. When the pants arrived, I found them still loose around the waist.
Following my initial disappointment, Zoey, from the Bottoms Lab customer service team redeemed the brand by providing prompt email responses and resolved my exchange request quickly. I am now looking forward to receiving my new pants!

Really positive experience - I bought 2 pairs of chinos but decided against the colour of one pair which Bottoms Lab were happy and accommodating to exchange for a different colour!

Great service and great products
Great service and great products. Only downfall is the delivery and returns. I'm shopping from UK which means delivery times are longer and if you don't get your size right, returns are expensive on my expense. I really hope you will open UK warehouse in future.

Excellent trousers and customer service
The momentum long trousers were the most comfortable and smart looking I’ve bought for a long time.
I ordered two extra pairs but unfortunately made an error with the size when placing the order. The trousers I wanted were out of stock. The customer service agent Zoey dealt with it immediately and offered me a refund. The communication and customer service was excellent, especially considering it was my fault! I will be buying from them again soon

Really high quality pants that fit well and are so comfortable
I just absolutely love the quality, comfort and fit of the Momentum pants by Bottoms Lab. Priced reasonably, these pants (I bought two regular fit pairs and 4 pairs of the Momentum Jogger pants) fit so well out of the box and look great! Colours were also beautiful. I ended up with six pairs of their pants because the quality was superb and they looked really good on me.

Not a good pair of chinos - they stretch after the initial wear and do not offer any form of exchange or refund once the tag is gone - poor form for an online only business.
