Do not buy the brow fection 4d eyebrow pen! I got two pens, one in espresso and one in chocolate brown, and neither one of them works like the promotional video. The promo video shows the tip giving fine hairs on the skin when, in fact, the ink on the pen hairs is all clumped together and all it does is darken the hair you have there and stain your skin… There is no fine line anywhere and it’s very clumpy. We put in for a return, but the customer has to pay return shipping? What’s up with that?

Do not buy anything from Beauty Lust. I purchased the 4 lip stains that everyone is raving about. 2 of the 4 came opened and used. It wasn’t the product that was advertised. I tried the unopened one and it did nothing. Total rip off. Then I retuned it and paid for shipping and they are still not giving me a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Total crap. Instagram rip-off. Sent me a totally wrong item. Some cheap crap lip liner from China. Potentially dangerous product-burned my lips (I haven't noticed from the start that the item was wrong, just when I noticed that the colour and effect were not like advertised I compared the item I got with the pics on Insta.) Total scam. Hands off this seller.

I purchased a shampoo from this company on Nov 30. Got my purchase receipt with tracking #. I tracked my order all the way. Yesterday I received a message saying it was delivered, but I never got my package. I've send emails and the only response is that my order has not been delivered.
I am opening a report with my credit card company and bank.
This is a total scam. Do t ever buy from this place.

Took a whole month to arrive, and it was not the brand that I ordered. It was some off-brand knock off lip-stain

Total scam. Do not Purchase! They use different brands in their ads.

Where is this company located? It says the US but all of their products are shipped from china. Shows why they take a month before shipping and they why they make it impossible to return if you aren’t satisfied. I never received my order but so many others said the lashes were pathetic but then company made them return them at their own expense to foreign companies.

I ordered my lip stain since Aug 19. It's still not here. I get a notification that the shopping is not paid for when I got charged for shipping. This is a scam. Charged me 33.46 on my credit card.

I ordered the eyelash kit from them in April 2024 and have contacted them on many, many occasions as to where is my purchased order. Here it is August and plenty of time for it to be shipped. I have been completely ignored. I guess they feel entitled to steal from their customers. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered lashes from them and I did NOT receive my lashes. They kept my money and I’ve been trying to contact them but no one has gotten back to me yet. It’s been over a month already. This shot is a SCAM!!

I'm really disappointed I never received my order. I didn't receive an email with confirmation or a tracking number. And I contacted them after about 2 weeks, and they said it was delivered to my mailbox, but I didn’t get it at all. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered take adhesive lashes on October 28th. I received them yesterday by a delivery guy who was driving a Lexus small suv. That was strange because I had just checked the tracking info they sent me and it showed they were delivered to Los Angeles. Excited to get them I immediately put them on. Not only was it difficult to remove them from the packaging they would not stick at all. I immediately sent customer service an email and no one has even responded. I want my money back.

Not sticky at all, i try to put them on… sides are not sticky at all… i have them home for an hour and they fall down…. I order 5of them and one was used by me (for nothing) and i return 4of them back and they send me email that they only recieve 3 and return me less than half price.. i send them receipt from post office where was the weight of package…..so that was proof that there was for sure 4of them…. Still dont acept it, i am so disappointed with this customer service and on second side also with quality of lashes, dont buy them bc its waste of money….its not what they showing on instagram commercial….

If it was possible to give them no stars then I would. I ordered lashes from this company and they left the package at my door which was STOLEN. I contacted them several times about my concerns and no one is responds. Valentina said she'll speak with her supervisor and get back to me. I guess they are still talking. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!

If you’re tempted to spend $25 US on their mushroom head CC cream, just go to Temu where the exact same product is $6 or eBay where it’s $10. They advertise that they’re safe as they use PayPal, but if you initiate a dispute, they will give a fake US post box address where you need to send the item tracked ($45 from Australia) to get a refund. But the cheap item came in a box from China. Clever scam, but save your money.

They also flag any negative reviews on Trustpilot as ‘harmful or illegal’ to get them removed.
