Terrible customer service.
My wife wasn't happy with the boots she ordered, wanting to return them. Shoeshoebedo states that say:
"If you can't use the label or carrier provided by Shoeshoebedo Ltd, you can send your return package using a carrier of your choice. You'll need to pay for return postage costs." on the returns page. So we opted to pay for Hermes but at Parcel Shop it wouldn't work. Called Hermes and they said it was Shoeshoebedo. No number to call Shoeshoebedo. Emailed them and they said use Royal Mail.
Emailed them the returns page that said "use a carrier of choice" and no response. No acceptance and no refund.
Very bad customer service. Won't buy anything from them again.

Ordered 2 pairs of muck boots however the one there is water seaping through some where tried to get them exchanged...2 weeks later still no answer.won’t be shopping here again that’s for sure.t

Easy ordering process, quick delivery, and the price was the best I found.

I ordered two pairs of trainers at a very competitive price and they arrived quickly and well packaged. One pair was perfect, but sadly the second pair didn't fit, so I retuned them. The refund was processed very quickly without any problem. I have never used this company before, but the whole process was speedy and hassle free and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Geat service - wellies arrived (and worn ) next day. Love the design. Ordered a size up from my normal size so I can wear extra socks now it's colder.

As for the boots, they are from Cushion Walk & are comfortable, waterproof & exactly what I required

The brands featured are all high quality, well known top brands, many at better prices than on their own websites. Styles available are for all ages & do include some high fashion very trendy brands & styles.
