Ignored and owed £328
I made an order in September for a hoodie and trousers after receiving an email saying the trouser were out of stock I asked for a refund for them but the hoodie to be sent. I have received none of my items or a refund.
I have tried contacting Creputate via email, WhatsApp, insta and have had no reply. I am disgusted with the service considering I spent over £300

Return
Have e mailed many times to arrange a return and do an exchange and has had no response so I am unable to return and do not know how the return and exchange system works.
Was helped by the team via tx message after figuring out the e mail in box had been playing up.

Hi Lisa, we hope you are well! Just had a look into your order for you and it shows your email was replied to. We asked if it was a different size you needed or exchange for a different item. We are awaiting a reply from yourself to confirm this so that an exchange can be arranged.
Our emails have been playing up lately and are redirected to your junk folder sometimes.
We look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved asap!
Many thanks,
Creputate LTD
