Stay away from online auctions.
Stay away from online auctions.. Items are either damaged or completely broken.. You will pay premium and regret it.. UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING SUPPORT. Well I can once more say stay away from online auctions.. They offered me good will gesture of free delivery for next item... Appaling.. They buy amazon customer returns by pallets.. Then sells it individually.. Puts RRP of 140 pounds.. Sets minimum autobid at around 30-40% of RRP.. No chance of getting item cheapier than that.. Then all premium adds on 50% on top of your bid.. Then sends it to you and if its broken then good luck trying to do anything about it 😂😂 and it does not matter I bought 1 item because thats the first impression and its bad.. Very bad.. But its your choice what customer will think about your service.. Nevermind theybwill not comeback.. And if you dont care it means you make enough money to ignore this review 😂😂

Bought from them twice this week and can't complain at all. We got what we paid for, nothing more, nothing less. Racist? I'm African and was treated with respect throughout - on phone, on collection, even when I turned up a day late due to being stuck at work late there wasn't a problem. Very happy so far. Waiting for an auction to end today so I can judge for myself the 'untested' electricals but, hey, I've bid on lots like this at other places and its always hit and miss - some bargains, some crap - but thats part of the fun in bidding isn't it, not knowing what you're going to get? If you want guarantees, you need to buy from a shop!!
