Pineo OS is a sales operating system built specifically for real estate teams. We are not a generic CRM trying to fit every industry. We are real estate people â some of us spent years selling properties, some of us spent years building sales processes for real estate agencies. We saw the same problems repeat across every company we worked with: managers forgetting follow-ups, clients going silent after receiving a property selection, owners having no visibility into what their team was actually doing, and CRM systems so complex that the real work happened in Telegram chats and Excel spreadsheets instead. The core problem was never the people. It was always the system â or the lack of one. We spent years consulting with real estate agencies, fixing their sales processes, training their teams. Results would come fast. One agency went from 6 sales a year to 22 in three months. But the moment we left, the old habits came back. The system lived in our heads, not in their tools. So we decided to build it into software instead. Pineo OS gives real estate sales teams a structured, repeatable process â built into the platform itself. It includes over 500 sales scripts adapted for every stage of the real estate sales funnel, AI-assisted suggestions for managers at each pipeline stage, full visibility for team leads and owners, and a simplified interface designed around how real estate sales actually works â not how generic software assumes it works. The system enforces the process. It does not depend on the person. Pineo OS is currently in development, launching September 1, 2026.
