Svar från Shearings Holidays
Thank you for taking the time to leave your 2‑star feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the late arrival of the coach, the condition of the hotel and the standard of food were disappointing, and that the early breakfast arrangements affected your enjoyment of the holiday. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as your comments help us review where improvements are needed.
