The hotel was beautiful but a long walk from room to lift. Food and staff were excellent as was our driver, Dan. Our room was also good but warm at night due to duvets and unable to open the window as it was broken.

Good, leisurely holiday. Nice hotel. Good choice of places to visit, except for Leamington Spa where there wasn't a lot to do.

An enjoyable and relaxed few days with a cheerful and competent coach driver. The one letdown was Leamington Spa. There wasn't much to do there. The activities available at the hotel were good, although I think we should have had a full hour's shooting for our £10.

Have been to Studley before. The service is not what it used to be and the bar prices are extortionate

Studley Castle was a disappointment and did not come up to Warners standards. Photo of view from bedroom. However Shearings coach driver Daniel and the service given was excellent especially when the coach broke down on M1. Shearings could not have done better to get us all home from Cobham services by taxi. We felt that Warners let us down. The Signature room was clean and the shower was excellent but with an outlook over a very wide spread lead roof with no view of the surrounding countryside, was not up to expectation. Dining arrangement was very good having the table for the evening entertainment too.

The hotel was fantastic - would highly recommend a stay there. Food amazing, entertainment was West End standard, staff lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. It was the coach pick up/drop off route with Shearings that was a joke and a complete farce. We were picked up at 7.30am and arrived at the hotel at 3pm - a journey that should have taken only a few hours - even with stops for comfort breaks. It took 2 hours alone to get from Huddersfield to Leeds! The return journey was even worse. We left the hotel at 10am and arrived in Huddersfield at 7.30pm!! Everyone was complaining about the transit time. I appreciate that the coach has to pick up/drop off at various places but come on 9 hours to get back from Warwickshire 😳😳 I would definitely go to back to the hotel but will NEVER go through Shearings again and subject myself to that awful, excruciatingly long coach transit time 👎

Hotel was beautiful,food very nice,Lots to do if the weather isnt good Cinema,Pool etc.Staff were polite but efficient and my room even had a balcony with a view.
