Excellent service polite staff .reception staff are very helpful

Customer service when registering at the practice was unparalled, the team were friendly, helpful and welcoming. My appointment itself went smoothly and was a relatively comfortable experience. The dentist went the extra mile by gathering several quotes for different options for my treatment. The only downside was the dentist did not run through the side effects of my anesthetic prior to injecting me.

Brilliant dental practice, all the staff are very friendly and caring, highly recommend to anyone looking to register with a dental practice!

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist but this practice is brilliant. Immaculate , professional and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience.

I always used to be terrified of the dentist however with Neil he has helped reinstall my confidence. The practice is always clean, a really cheerful environment to be surrounded in and all the staff are welcoming and friendly.

I couldn’t recommend a friendlier, more pleasant practice to attend.

I recently visited Shawlands dental practice due to intense toothache.The receptionist was extremely understanding when I explained my problem and she was able to book me in quickly. I was seen by a Dr Ahmed, naturally as it was my first time meeting him I was nervous but he quickly put me at ease and started to work on my teeth. His calm demeanour during the ordeal meant I felt instantly relaxed. In addition, the whole treatment was near painless and I couldn't believe how quickly the toothache disappeared.
I am not usually a big reviewer but I honestly couldn't recommend that practice and Dr Ahmed's skills enough.

I am someone who is quite nervous about going to the dentist but I was made to feel very relaxed from the 1st day. The receptionists , dentist and assistant are excellent , I not only have my confidence back I have my smile as well.

I can only recommend Shawlands Dental Care. I've had a few treatments done there over the past few months and am very happy with how it went. All staff are very friendly and professional.

I was a little apprehensive about going back to the dentist after a bad experience in the past. But the staff at the practice were wonderful and friendly. Dr Haroon made sure I understood what he was doing and why at each stage and was very empathetic. He took his time to develop a treatment plan that suited my schedule and I’d highly recommend him to everyone!

Huge thanks to Lauren McPhillips who did my dental work this morning. I am a totally terrified patient who normally gets sedated for any dental work. I had horrific experiences as a child. Lauren persuaded me to give it a go without sedation. She was so patient and kind even although I was shaking and fidgety. I’m delighted that I’ve managed to finally get the work done. What a wee star this young dentist is!

Amazing service, never a long waiting time, you always feel in safe hands, as someone who has been nervous about going to the dentist I no longer am. They offer a very proffesional service. I had needed a Wisdom Tooth removed for a long time where I had waited months to hear anything in other Dentists, they were able to help me very quickly.

Professional and caring Dental Care. The people you want looking after your Dental Healthcare work here. No one likes to go to the dentist but if you have to go there is no place better at any price.

Always very helpful and efficient at Reception the practice is state of the art front to back. James is thoroughly professional and considerate keeping the patient informed throughout the procedure and care /treatment programme. Very happy to recommend the team there.
