Absolutely appalling service cannot even take payment or complete an order
I have been trying for 2 days to simply purchase a knife block set from SharkNinja / Ninja UK, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have money ready to pay, I want to buy your product, yet your team and systems make it completely impossible.
I have tried paying over the telephone and via payment links sent by your staff. Every single time , within 10 minutes to 24 hours , my order is cancelled for no clear reason. I have now spoken to 5 different customer service agents including 2 supervisors. Not one of them has been able to explain why this keeps happening, fix the issue, or process the order correctly. I have spent an exhausting amount of time on hold, repeating my details over and over, and every promise to “fix it manually” or “escalate it” has been broken. The service I have received is slow, disorganised, unhelpful, and frankly unprofessional. It is incredible that a company of this size cannot perform the most basic function , taking a customer’s money and processing a sale. If you are thinking of buying from them , be warned: even if you want to give them your money, they will find a way to make it impossible.
I will update this review only if someone senior actually contacts me and resolves this properly , but based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
