Shades of Dublin Blinds Omdömen 

I was very happy with the venetian blinds for all windows. Customer service is excellent and only waited a week for the blinds to be installed. I would highly recommend shades of Dublin

Just wanted to leave a review about the last reply that you left on my wife's review.
You said that I left "abusive" comments.
If you don't have the proof of my comments don't accuse me of something that didn't happen. (Because I have screenshots/ printouts of all comments.)
Because the reply that you left is slander.

Wouldn't honour 5 year warranty so brought them to small claims court. They didn't show up for the hearing and were ordered to pay us a sum of money. Despite them being contacted to pay the money from February they still haven't paid up.
They have now blocked me on Facebook

Extremely poor quality blinds. They come out and show you one material but it's definitely not what gets put up in your house. The blind cords are so flimsy they constantly snap. The one they installed in our sitting room unfortunately did break. I called them probably over 10 times to cone out a fix eventually they did when I started to ask for a refund. We ended up fixing the cord ourselves

Had a very nice experience with Shades of Dublin. Olivia in the showroom was helpful and friendly. Darren was on time for measurement and we were happy with the quote. The fitter rang on his way and was in the house fifteen minutes later. Venetian blinds in five rooms look great. Got a call a few days later to make sure everything was okay. It was all very friendly and professional. No complaints whatsoever and satisfied customer.

If I could give a less than 1 star rating I would!
One of my blinds ripped and is still within the warranty but Darren is refusing to honour the warranty, he was highly abusive on the phone, the girls in his office are lovely and try their best to assist.
I've been waiting months for them to pick up a ripped blind so that a replacement can be made (at a cost to me) as they are using the same rollers etc.
I keep getting fobbed off on when the blind will be picked up

Terrible experience with this company. Darren and his mrs. Money grabbers and extremely rude. Customer service was appalling and had me in tears. Took my money and never got my blinds. When i complained, they blocked me from all platforms.

I ordered and paid for blinds on a number of the windows in my home, almost a full year ago. Some of the blinds don't fit the windows, and those that do, have a very poor finish. The company has said they will fix it, but it has been almost a full year since I paid for them.
Every time I follow up I am told it will be sorted by next week.
I cannot advise against them strongly enough.

Bought blinds in June off these paid cash wen fitted bathroom wasent fitted waited a further 3 weeks nearly after they were fitted a few weeks later the bedroom blind cord broke very flimsy cord I was told buy the company we make all blinds wen I rang and I’ve rang to date 44 times I was told we have get onto suppliers I rang rang and rang girls said we’ll get back to u all there interested in is new customer that’s wath the tell u wen u ring we’re with a customer am I not a customer? U took my money they claim to proudly state they give a five year warranty which is just a sentence they don’t stand over it my blind was took away after 2 months one person wen u ring dident no wath other is doing was brought back same day with missing washer I rang was told not in stock wich is a lie there been put on. All wodden blinds every day of the week there’s plenty in stock one excuse after another I even told them Wednesday and today after again I was promised someone would be out once and for all that I would share my honest experience and it was one big let down two and a half months blind wasent fixed wen I rang he told me Monday one let down after another don’t bother to come or ring I’ll get a new one fitted off a company who will stand over there warranty and treat me like an exzisting customer not someone who paid and is forgotten about I’ve every call logged every txt I sent and I don’t recommend u on my experience absolutely shocking I’ll go the loss how can u stand buy and let someone down time and time again and not fix it as I said I’ve proof I don’t want anyone now off ur company again at the door it was a terrible experience
Darren says mass once he gets ur money it’s a joke and customer service I’ve looked at other reviews similar if I’d of checked I’d never of bought off u ur reply is lies all the reviews say same u tell people that u make the blinds and u let us down time and time again u are quick enough to come out to fit as customer says but u aren’t over this side wen u need repairs COVID doesn’t stop ur blinds coming in fitted only repair no don’t believe it ur fitters say same I’ve got it fixed myself
