How refreshing! A no-nonsense, caring Physio who took the time to hear what my issue was rather than jumping in to treat straight away. Martin is very professional and extremely knowledgeable but explained things in a practical way that made sense.

Not only does he help ease my severe back, shoulder and neck pain during the session after he had thoroughly assessed me, but he also gave me a stretching and exercise programme to help prevent it from becoming any worse.
