Not a UK company at all
Wish I’d known this is NOT a UK site. A bunch of us have got together to buy a novelty gift for a friend’s 50th and I ordered it. Still not arrived but it was confirmed by the company that it was despatched on 29 March….. obviously from the USA!! Very much doubt this is going to arrive for the girlie night out 😡
Edit: too late for the birthday so very disappointed. Still hadn’t arrived by yesterday.

I’m really, really sorry about all the hassle with your order – I completely get how frustrating this must be.
When we’re out of stock in our UK warehouses, we sometimes have to send things from our partner warehouse in California. Unfortunately, because of the current supply chain mess, some international shipments are getting hit with unexpected delays.
I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund straight back to your original payment method. It should appear in the next 3–5 business days while the banks sort it out.
In most cases like this, the parcels do eventually turn up, but I know that doesn’t make the wait any less annoying right now. I’m genuinely sorry we’ve let you down on this one.
Your feedback is massively appreciated – it really helps us sort these issues out so it doesn’t keep happening. No need for you to do anything else.

ADDED UPDATE::: Could you please clarify what you received that was different from your order? Previously, your concern related to a delivery notification suggesting a two-month timeframe, which was not the case and no such notification exists, and it now seems to have shifted to the item not meeting expectations.
Please let us know what the real issue is and we will be happy to assist. We can also see that a PayPal case was opened while the order was still within the delivery timeframes so you were unhappy before we even got here and we'd like to help put that smile back on your face.

Dreadful. Despite the title and the "co.uk" web address, everything seems to be based in the USA. I feel utterly deceived that what I thought would be a quick and painless purchase and postage experience within the UK has turned into a month-long saga. I should have checked the reviews before ordering as many others have had exactly the same issues it seems. Long story short, I ordered 16th December with the hope the order would arrive for Christmas. 11th January and I've still not got it. Postage delays which they are doing their very best to say are not their issue. They are trying to disown their contract with the courier to get the item I've paid for to me by telling me it's up to me to contact DHL/Evri rather than them (DHL and Evri both agree with me that it's the responsibility of the seller to sort this out) - and also stating I should be more patient because the item has apparently arrived in the UK now... Well, "sextoys.co.uk", silly me for thinking the item was in the UK before I ordered it! How foolish of me. At this stage I don't care where it is as it's still not here. I have asked several times for a refund and they are simply ignoring that. Stay well clear - this is a deceptive business model whatever they say about "shipping from various warehouses" around the globe. There are so many excellent UK based companies like Lovehoney who are unfailingly excellent at what they do.
Updated 14th January - item still not arrived. They have stopped responding to my emails now. I've had to resort to opening a case with PayPal to try to get a refund, which they could issue me with whenever they wanted but clearly they don't want to. However they have contacted Trustpilot to request more information to make sure my review is genuine, it seems.

Their email rejects your messages
Has been weeks and no items have arrived, tried emailing but it just bounced back, not a uk store it says shipped from California, could be a scam Don’t order from these.
Update:- part of order has arrived, one down and one to go. Emails keep bouncing back says destination email system rejected your message for security or policy reasons, really bad customer support.
As to your reply evri has delivered the second shipment you made but the first has been lost since the 10 December, I have been in contact with your customer service but due to them being based in America they asked me to follow it up with evri which is not my job but also virtually impossible with evri, and as to the address royal male Deliver with no problem evri on the other hand don’t have a clue how to deliver a parcel so lucky we got the second one. Will have to try chargeback from the card if no luck in the coming week.

They claim to be based in the UK, have a customer service number from the UK, and yet ship everything from the US. Their customer service claimed that they didn't have the item in their UK warehouses, so they shipped from the US, which sounds like a scam.

Left on doorstep
This company are pretending they’re in the U.K. but once you place your order it becomes apparent that they’re actually in the USA.
Once your order is shipped they cannot support you with delivery dates, I was away by the time my order was delivered as the lead times from America are extended so I asked if I could change the date, the basically said “no”.
The next day my order was delivered to my doorstep, it’s now going to sit there for 6 days in the rain or get stolen. I cannot believe due to the nature of the products they’re selling that they would just be left on a doorstep.
Avoid this company at all costs if you’re U.K. based.

Sextoys UK, yet sending from US
It's called Sextoys UK, stating that they are from the UK, paying in pounds even, yet the products are shipped from the US, which is a huge red flag on it's own, which can get customers run into a problem with customs (depending from which country you are ordering). I had to pay more than 1/3 of customs of the product extra. In total I had to pay now about 40€ extra. The "It takes 4-9 business days" is a joke. In total it took 28 days (included weekdays though).

Good products but beware it ships from USA
Product that was ordered and can’t be found on other stores in the UK arrived and price was good.
However, the address shown at the bottom of the main page is not where things ship from. If you go the delivery page you will realise everything is shipped from the USA to it takes 10+ days to receive anything. It’s not a problem, but I wish it was a bit more obvious that they’re not shipping from the UK!

Charged twice
Ordered online and discovered that I had been charged twice for the item, spoke to customer services via email who advised that it’s an authorisation payment and it will drop back into my account 7 days on and the payment is still held in the transaction emailed again this time no reply. So no package just yet and money taken that shouldn’t have been which is now a pending transaction that only the company can cancel

Poor communication and lies.
Ordered previously with this site, no issues. Picked up a special deal recently and it never arrived, was due on the 8th of December and after them circling in various emails about delays with the package and giving me a tracking number that did not work with the local courier, they had the audacity to tell me it was delivered back on the 8th of December at 8pm I the evening.. like honestly.

My husband left me in earlier in July
My husband left me in earlier in July, so I had to replace him! I’ve been having troubles with discharge and unfortunately got an std as revenge that went wrong,we got back together and he picked the dildo up as a joke and he chased me with it later on he rubbed his eyes and ate food and now he has the same std as me as I hadn’t washed it and it still had the same germs on, they need to make it germ proof or anti bacterial, I would definitely recommend tho it definitely stopped those lovely nights of dry tears and made them wet again, thank you!
