Avoid shopping here!
Would defiantly avoid shopping from here! I placed an order with them for two identical silver swivel clips for a sewing project I needed (when placing the order I chose the item I wanted and selected quantity: 2).However when the clips arrived they were 2 completely different sizes, meaning they were absolutely useless for my project! I got in touch with customer service and they sent out a replacement clip, but when it arrived it was brass coloured! I got in touch with customer services again and they said they’d send another replacement but that never arrived and they’re now being unresponsive. After all this I now have 3 swivel clips, none of which match and I wasn’t able to make the sewing project as I intended for my sisters birthday. Really disappointing experience. Only shop here if you feel like throwing money down the drain or gambling on wether they’ll be able to get your order right!

Ordered a sewing machine at a fantastic price, was constantly kept informed of status of the order and machine arrived as promised.
Sewessential can teach other online retailers a thing or two, keep up the good work.

An excellent company.
An excellent company, online prices as good as the high street. The delivery is very quick and customer service second to none. When I emailed asking for samples they were delivered within a few days.

First Class Products & Service
I needed white bias binding, which 2 local shops had sold out of. I found what I wanted on sewessential at a very competitive price, and placed my order online yesterday lunchtime. My package arrived this morning!
Excellent website, good prices and reliable service. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

Excellent service. I ordered on Thurs after 5pm on the internet, it was dispatched on the Friday and delivered on the Saturday morning
I had reviewed the pattern I bought on many US sites and had to find a UK site and was very glad I used 'Sewessential'.

Fast delivery of quality goods
I will definitely shop with Sewessential again. There is a wide range of sewing goods on offer and the prices are competitive. The website is easy to use and well laid out. I was amazed at how fast my order arrived (the next day) and how fair the postage and packing charge was. Overall a 5 star shopping experience.

Very efficient and very prompt delivery the very next day after ordering. Outstanding.
Hearing many complaints about ordering online, it is good to know there are some companies who make every effort to deliver a first class service, especially at Christmas which must be the most important and busiest time of the year.
