I PURCHASED A PINTUCK EGYPTIAN 100% COTTON DUVET SET FOR £22.99.ON THE PACKAGING IT SAYS SUPERSOFT FIBRE NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ECZEMA ALSO IT HAD STAIN ON IT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY SO MANY TIMES AND NOT GOT ANYWHERE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND ARE BREAKING THE LAW ON THERE FALSE PRODUCTS.

Ordered a 'Hotel Quality' Egyptian Cotton king fitted sheet. Within 3 months with regular domestic use the sheet had gone completely bobbly and has to be thrown away. Absolute rubbish quality.

I placed an order for 2 hotel quality duvets at the beginning of June. I immediately realised that “Shop” the company they use for payments, were delivering the packages to a shop in the city centre. I tried to contact Seventhstich straight away using the phone number on their website - which no longer exists - and then started emailing them to inform them that the address was incorrect. No response! Evri messaged me to say the parcel had been delivered to the city centre address, so I had to go there to collect them.
When I checked them, only one was the hotel quality I had ordered; again I emailed Seventhstich who responded with an apology and told me that I would receive a 30% discount which would be refunded to my account within 3 working days. Ten days later, I have not been reimbursed. I am now awaiting a response from them as to why they haven’t refunded me as promised.
I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Do not use this company goods delivered left outside parcel taken, emailed and had one response now even evri cant get a reponse....AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and the phone number doesn't work either!!!!

I accidentally ordered a single mattress protector rather than a super king.
I have been trying to reach the company for the last couple of weeks but I can’t get through to anyone!
I would like to change it for the right size.

Their ad promises 100% Egyptian Cotton and Hotel Quality bedding. In reality however they sent me bedding made entirely of cheap nasty polyester that even budget hotels wouldn't be seen dead with.
WHY ARE YOU BLATANTLY LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?

First the wrong size topper was sent but got in touch and they sent the right one.
First night on topper was wonderful, so soft and comfortable, I would definitely recommend them .

2nd night on topper and have never slept so well, wish I bought mine ages ago.

I ordered a fitted sheet and was sent the wrong item, when I contacted them to get the right item i was sent some very rude messages they did not want to replace my item eventually they agreed I could send the item back but i had to pay postage, I pointed out it was there mistake and it states in there policy they pay postage if it’s there mistake and they haven’t replied, avoid this company, do not buy from them

Ordered a 100% cotton fitted sheet. The item delivered is labelled as cotton but is definitely not cotton. It looks and feels like polyester/nylon. Have contacted company and awaiting a reply

My order did not arrive so I got in contact with the company who were absolutely brilliant and honest. It got lost in transit. There was no issues or messing about they apologised for the inconvenience 6sent a replacement which arrived 2 days later. A great company who I shall buy from again with confidence. Thank you.

Ordered the mattress topper, looks nothing like it did on the picture and not as thick as it says it is. Lumpy and not comfortable!!

I love cotton sheets and these are worth every penny and they are fitted double sheets as for cast even better well worth looking at buying services very fast just 2 days and they were in my hands

Paid for an item, waited weeks and it never arrived, tried to contact them by the phone number on the website - disconnected, tried to email - bounced back. Had to use charge back with the bank. Absolute con. Don't waste your time or money, because you won't receive anything.

Took the money, sent verification also ref number. Waited two weeks for delivery. Tried contacting Seventhstitch on 07360274673 plus website emails. NO answers.emails returned not accepted.
Sent letter by recorded delivery, no answers.
Don’t waste your time.
Had to use chargeback to recover money sent for goods never received.
