Easy to order over the phone, but had problems with the website. Phone answered quickly though and order process was simple. Product delivered very fast, in perfect condition.

Made enquiry by phone and were very patient and helpful. Ordered on-line following the call and goods were dispatched same day and arrived as expected. A follow up call subsequent to delivery was dealt with efficiently.

Open honest support

I was looking at a sub, called Tom at SSAV Sutton Coldfield who had previously helped me with buying my system

I was looking at a Demo PSB BP8 at another shop at a huge reduction and in budget, along with a Rel TX5x with another company

Tom gave me all the support I needed, advised the BP8 would over power my room size. The REL T5x was superb fit and the demo price was good, just warned me about warranty

He then asked if I was interested in a new one, gave me an offer and it had full 6 year warranty, price was really competitive and having that warranty sealed it

Just a big thanks for Tom for open honesty support, he had no issues if I went elsewhere just want to give the right advice for me

TV installation was all carried out to schedule and all connections thoroughly checked to ensure everything was working correctly. I was looking to buy an Audiolab 6000A amp and Wharfdale Linton speakers and noticed they had a bundle deal on these so I went ahead and saved some money. I ordered on a Monday and they were delivered for free on the Wednesday at 9am. Very impressed all round.

I needed my headphones for holiday so the next day promise was important to me. They arrived 9.00 the following

There is a broad spectrum of equipment on display in store and demo rooms available to assist customers decision making. The products I was interested in were available in store so I was able to purchase and take away on the day. Customer service at its best.
