Great advice, very responsive and patient dealing with questions from a non expert in purchasing an appropriate HiFi system for the first time in 50 years!

I had a site visit with Simon who was really helpful in showing me the suitable options for my space. They also helped me set it up after it was delivered. Being of a certain generation , and how much Hi Fi equipment has moved on , i feared it might be a initiating experience , when actually Wayne and Tom put me at ease with minutes of entering the Sevenoaks Branch in Sutton Coldfield , nothing was too much of an effort to act upon from either gent , and i never felt under any pressure to make a purchase , On the demonstration Wayne was superb , basically it was his attention to detail in this area made me feel that with his knowledge and his attention to detail my mind was made up to place an order

I was given many choices and various prices and at no point did Wayne try to push the price up , i was over the moon with the price offered and as it was only a few pounds over my budget it was a no brainer not to take up the offer.

Both these guys are very passionate about their jobs and it showed from minute one , they are a credit to the business .

I am a returning customer. I needed a replacement tuner for Denon which could not recieve the newer DAB plus broadcasts. Looking at the reviews I ordered a Rotel T11 DAB FM tuner.
