Crystal water bottle- aventurine
ordered myself the glass crystal water bottle and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The item Was delivered promptly. The quality of the item was I thought to a high standard. The crystals Are separate from the Water
Compartment which is exactly what I was after. The crystal compartment itself was full and I like the idea that I can swap and change the crystals to my own intention. I got this crystal water bottle in the sale but would happily of paid full price. Overall satisfied with the service and item.

Faulty diffuser
My daughter gifted me a diffuser and oil which we purchased from Manchester Traford Centre. When we got home and set it up it was faulty. I contacted Sense Aroma and they sent out a replacement straight away. I recieved a 5 star service. Thank you to Jeanette.

Himalayan safari salt lamp
The salt lamp I received was really excellent quality. Light gives a lovely glow and i love the little ornate stand. price was reasonable I think and delivery was speedy, very very happy with my purchase, thank you Sense Aroma.

Very cheaply made for the price you…
Very cheaply made for the price you pay. The products don’t last! I purchased a caldera glass diffuser and within 7 months it has just randomly broke. Sense aroma said nothing they can do. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on them.

Nice website easy experience and like the offerings however didnt like the misleading crystal infused bottles, they are not infused and you dont get 550ml water, and then having to pay for shipping both ways

Should include a plug
I ordered a Robin/bird indoor fountain, lovely looking, but the wire it comes with is very cheap, and know plug? So had to use a phone charger plug, for almost £50 I do believe it should include, everything it needs.. as I didn't have a spare.

Wax Burner
Bought this wax burner in place of a different one I had for years. The design is different and appealing. However, it doesn't melt the wax! It only softens it, hence less fragrance for my wax melts!
I think that maybe the ceramic dish is too thick, or the plate does not get hot enough, (I can keep my hand on it). I am now trying to find a suitable dish/tray to replace.
Other than that, the product is ok. But it doesn't do the job it's supposed to do, so 3* from me
