Without a shadow of doubt the worst customer service and company I have had the displeasure of buying from and trying to resolve an issue.
I purchased Momentum TW3 earbuds from them as the name is one of the best in the audio industry. Well that was what I thought, the right earbud failed to charge after a few months. I got a returns slip sent to me extremely fast so far so good it thought. I packaged up my earbuds sent them the following day 05/12/2023 I emailed them after the new year to find out if my items had arrived ( tracked so I know they had) only to be told they haven't received them and can I send proof of postage. I sent this and now I keep getting emails asking for proof of postage. I keep asking for a manager to call me and repeat this on a weekly basis which seems to fall on deaf ears excuse the pun as this is about earbuds. if this was a cheapo set of ear buds I wouldn't bother but this was almost £300 worth of their poor craftsmanship of a product. To anyone thinking of buying any of their products please look elsewhere and buy something better like Bose at least their customer service works for the customer.
Good products, awful aftercare,
I've used Sennheiser for some 20 odd years and to be fair, the products have always been good. I've had a lot of HD20's and not had an issue, however, I guess you find out how good a company are when you do have an issue. Bought 2 pairs of HD450's direct and one set stopped working through one side on Bluetooth after 3 months. I emailed the support team and after a rather painful process eventually sent them back (at my cost it should be noted, check the T's&C's). 3 weeks later I had no communication and no indication of if they'd even been received other than my postal receipt. I contacted them and they finally responded to say that the current turnaround time for repairs and exchanges is 4-6 weeks. No apology, no regrets, just signed off with "I must ask you to be patient." So we wait but I will not be using Sennheiser again as this level of customer service is appalling. In hindsight I should have purchased from a shop so I can at least return them without the wait and not have to pay to do so.
UK store not delivering to the UK
Trying to purchase multiple sets of headphones from Sennheiser UK, made purchases previously without issue. Have been informed that Sennheiser UK do not deliver to the UK and I need to order via their global store which will add 20% to the price.
Ambeo Soundbar Plus - UPDATE
Purchased an Ambeo Plus soundbar some months ago. Very expensive and, in theory, high end sound product. Absolute lie.
The product freezes from time to time due to a firmware problem reported to Sennheiser by many other buyers.
Support does not exist. They do not reply emails, do not provide a phone number and DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.
Think twice if you are planning to buy anything from this brand.
UPDATE:
After no solution at all from Sennheiser to what is a well known firmware problem, posted by multiple frustrated users too, I decided to replace the soundbar with a Sonos ARC Ultra.
Sennheiser are not what they once were
It's genuinely sad what's happened to Sennheiser seemingly since Sonova took over. I've been a customer for decades, and they once were a consistently affordable, but high quality brand.
I got a pair of cx6.00 BT Bluetooth earbuds for Christmas 2022. One of the buds fell to pieces within a month. I got them replaced under warranty with a new pair of cx350 BTs. Once I'd finished with my temporary pair of Sony earphones, I found the new earbuds wouldn't charge out of the packet. I got them replaced for the third time, and the right earbud stopped working after a month. Perhaps Sonova are now buying from Temu? I can't think of any other reason for the incredibly poor build quality of their products. Now, the original warranty is up, so I can't replace this third defective pair.
It's a shame, because Sennheiser are now off my list of preferred brands. I guess you learn the hard way.

I sent my momentum 3 earbuds the Sennheiser months ago to be fixed under warranty. They acknowledged receipt but have not returned them to me. Despite several emails they still have my property. because they have failed to uphold their warranty, i gave them another 2 weeks to return my earbuds which they have failed to do. I will now give them until January after which I will have to start legal action to try and get my property back. My advice is do not purchase anything from Sennheiser and if you do, never send to them under warranty.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sent my TMW3 for repair, didn’t hear a thing from them for months, eventually after a lot of messaging they emailed to say it was still stuck at the uk depot and will now be sent to Germany no ETA, no guarantees, NOTHING!! All this was nearly 4 months ago now!!!!!

Sennheiser RS195
I recently purchased a pair of RS195 headphones. Since buying them they constantly drop the signal. Line of sight isn't the problem as my old pair of HDR 180 worked for 8 years without ever losing signal.
To say I am disappointed in this product is an understatement. I will never purchase any sennheiser products again
Don't buy this headphones
I've bought my Sennheiser Momentum 3 and I paid almost £300. An absolute waist of money, time and nerves!!! Every time I slightly move my head they would stop playing and disconnecting then connecting again. I can't run with them either when having them on, as is so annoying to restart them each time something goes wrong with them. Please, if you ever want to purchase this headphones, think twice !!

**Ambeo Plus Soundbar**
I purchased this item on the 30th of August 2023, and in less than 3 months, I have issues with the soundbar.
It's either the unit or buggy new firmware update, but unfortunately, no one helps, nor Richers Sounds or Sennheiser directly.
Issue:
When watching & changing TV channels, Netflix, or playing music via Spotify on the phone, using the Sennheiser Smart Control app, the soundbar speaker its popping a muffled/click noise.
When changing TV channels, even if the TV is on mute, the soundbar is still making this noise through speakers. Also, on Netflix, if I skip to the next film or pause it, Im having the same problem.
Troubleshooting:
I factory reset the device, registered to smart control app and calibrated once again, unplugged from power for 1 day, tried different HDMI cable and port within the TV (LG OLED G3), same issues!
Updated smart control app and latest soundbar firmware also. I assume these issues are related to the latest firmware update because if I connect to the soundbar via Bluetooth (not using the Sennheiser app), the issue is gone.
Upon checking, a few customers are complaining about HDMI on this particular Soundbar, its a shame on a Premium product, especially at this price point, to be having these problems.
The soundbar & sub came really quick, very well packed. I was impressed about that!! The design and built looks good.The Ambeo sound is amazing, especially when you are watching Dolby Atmos content, but unfortunately, this item should last more than 2 months.
I do not recommend this soundbar to anyone unless you end up arguing with the seller and ask for a refund because Sennheiser never responds to customers and deleting your review!!
Terrible earbuds, terrible customer service
Bought a set of earbuds which claim to have active noise cancellation (anc) as I am a truck driver and like to have sound blocked out while I am parked up or in a lay by. The noise cancellation is terrible. I can still hear everything going on around me, even with the windows of the truck right up. The earbuds cost me over £150 and are not fit for purpose as they do not work. I got in touch with Sennheiser UK who basically told me I am talking rubbish because the particular buds do have ANC. I have always used Sennheiser products for listening to music but these buds will be the last I ever buy. I will use either Bose or Sony as their ANC DOES work as expected for the price paid.

Struggling to get support from this company after buying a ambeo max soundbar, which was very expensive, multiple cases raised and had no response whatsoever, there’s no phone number and no contacts for technical support, their website says “contact technical support” how?, I will return the item for a full refund if they don’t respond in the next 10 days
Delighted to have had earbuds replaced
Came on here to write a (belated) good review and realised I was lucky in light of other's poor experiences. My earbuds (CX400 BT True Wireless White) were within 2 weeks of the 2-year guarantee expiry date when one stopped working, but went online and found where to send them (postage was free). It did take a long time to get them back - probably around 2 months - hence the missing star, but was delighted to receive a brand new pair as a replacement when most electrical goods are only guaranteed for one year. Seems I was lucky and had also kept the online receipt.
Poor service when fault developed
I purchased some Bluetooth CX ear buds at the end of April 2023 for gym workouts. I've hardly used them as had surgery in June so was not at the gym from June to August and on vacation in September. The right bud has always intermittently worked. It now doesn't work at all. I've done the whole troubleshoot thing which made no difference. I had hoped to either receive a refund or replacement but had very many protracted conversations about it being repaired instead. I'm not keen on this option as just think it's faulty item. It also means I'm without any headphones for the 3 weeks or more it's being looked at. I'll be buying from elsewhere therefore. Very disappointed.

I placed an order for headphones which they sent out by UPS who offered me no flexibility or options about delivery and then stated that I failed to be in on 3 occasions when they were not prepared to allow me to choose a more suitable delivery option. I contacted Sennheiser customer services 4 days ago and am yet to receive a reply. I feel like I have been scammed.

what a shame all these reviews, i bought sennheiser headphones a few decades ago the foam rotted but the sound was magnificent they were quality. i thought i will buy the brand again? maybe not now. they dont care now reputation is built, maybe?
