I absolutely love my Seneye. At the moment I’m only using it on a media maturation tank while waiting for delivery of my main aquarium, but even in this short time it has proved invaluable.
It has allowed me to monitor temperature, pH and ammonia continuously, helping me understand exactly what is happening during the cycling process and giving me confidence that everything is progressing correctly.
The software and initial setup took a little learning, but I’m glad I chose to become familiar with the system before my main tank and discus arrive. Being able to see trends rather than relying solely on occasional test kits has been a real eye-opener.
For me, the Seneye has already become an essential tool, and I can’t imagine running my future aquarium without it.

My Seneye (a WiFi Pond setup / V2 app) went offline. I exhausted my abilities to reboot it so put in an online request. The initial response was incorrect IMHO but I went along with it and at the end of the recommended process followed up to tell Seneye I was still offline.
Next day the service came back and I got a message apologising for a server offline event on their side. I asked for clarification of any personal data loss and was given a reassuring response. We got there in the end and they were honest with their apology so 5*

i checked the connections also no problem so i send Seneye an email on monday afternoon if they could check and solve this problem.
On tuesday before 10 AM i recieved an answer and they checked the servers and solved the problem.

The support was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem straightaway. I was having technical difficulties with the website and they sent me a link that let me do what I needed to do.

Great Seneye reef, customer service hit and miss
I found the Seneye reef withSWS and WiFi modem quite difficult to set up, I admit I am not the best with tech stuff, I called Seneye support for help, and I was lucky enough to get a young lady called Georgia on the phone, she was very friendly, patient and helpful, Georgia managed to get the Seneye online. Unfortunately I hadn’t ticked marine mode so it was reading ph wrong, and the PAR meter wasn’t showing me anything, so I rang back, unfortunately for me I didn’t get Georgia, the Second Lady I spoke to told me that it does not give live PAR readings and if I wanted to get a PAR reading I would need to place the sensor in the aquarium and wait for the next 30 minute reading, which I knew from looking at the Seneye website was a load of rubbish, anyway I was told I was wrong and I should have bought a different piece of equipment if I wanted PAR readings. Anyway, I eventually worked out that I hadn’t opened the user interface, everything is now sorted. In summary the Seneye reef is a great piece of equipment for monitoring ammonia, ph and temp, and the PAR meter is also accurate enough compared to my last readings taken with anITC Parwise, but unfortunately customer service is hit and miss, depending on who answers the phone. 5 stars for Georgia and 1 star for the Second Lady, so you get a 3 from me.

Seneye as always responed to my query quickly. They suggested several trouble shootings actions the first of which was successful.
Again to my rescue
Again, Seneye support helped me from UK to Colorado. It’s wonderful to know they are there when I need them. Recently I moved from Texas to Colorado and I thought I was having sensor issues. It’s all working now after being off for 8 months. Thank you team Seneye. Best, Kerry

Excellent customer service with an issue I had in removing a probe. Quick response. I use the Seneye Pond configuration to monitor pH, NH3 and temperature. I've been using this for 5 years. Nice techology.

My Seneye Sensor stopped working 14 months after purchase. Whilst I am aware of the 12 month warranty I am a little annoyed that I had to pay for a replacement, 2 months outside the warranty period. They also did not provide a new Slide until I asked, since the broken unit had a Brand new Slide installed when I returned it for testing. I feel a little dissapointed in what is a great product.

Seneye support following unusual reading…
Contacted Seneye support following a couple of strange readings on the ammonia monitoring tab. I quickly received a helpful response,outlining a test procedure to eliminate possible fauly slide / unit. On implementing the procedure i found a small bristle worm in the slide area. This was the cause of the high readings, top service thanks Guys
