Really straightforward process from completing the intial valuation form, booking an appointment and selling the car.
Steve at the Redditch branch was faultless, genuine guy that makes you feel comfortable, no pressure and he is very transparent. I have sold plenty of cars in the past and found SYC2J to be most reasonable, no hidden fees, fair pricing and same day payment.
Steve made this transaction seamless, he showed me everything he was doing step by step, it was a really quick process. Thanks again for your help Steve.

I can see from the notes that your vehicle was due for a wet belt replacement, but you were unable to find evidence of three services in the vehicle's service history. For a 2020 vehicle, maintaining a complete service record is very important, particularly for components such as the wet belt, as the manufacturer's maintenance schedule must be followed to help prevent premature wear and potential engine damage. We are sorry that we couldn't offer you a price that worked for you and we wish you luck with your sale. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any more information.
