Ordered online delivery date I clicks then the delivery date changed then they call me two days before delivery to say they can’t deliver until another four days time would definitely not recommend delivery service from Selco

Delivery time and date as expected. I was kept informed from order to Delivery . The driver was very helpful and polite. Thank you.

A huge thank you to Lee from Guildford branch of Selco for helping me source a water pump quickly and efficiently . This is for a job I have to do within a fiixed short period of time. Lee was Super helpful with a really friendly approach. He explained everything to me brilliantly about how to use the pump on site and even thought about contingencies should anything go wrong when I use the pump for the first time. What a valuable employee you have in Lee Guildford Selco!

It's reassuring to see your recent attention to friendly customer service was just a fluke, and not a permanent change, when I asked your staff member today, was their anyone available to serve after he was being monopolised by a retail customer, he could not have been ruder, no attempt to call anyone else, it was left to someone else in the queue to go and get another sour-faced selco employee to serve.
The worst thing about today was the 2chaps in the building section were so helpful and friendly, but they obviously haven't got the 'resume normal service' memo

Placed a click and collect order at 12:00 and it was ready to be collected at 13:05. Arrived and it was loaded onto a trolley ready to go. it took longer to load into the van than to complete the paperwork and collect the order

Absolutely shocking… ordered for delivery to not show up - no call- no reason just..

Waited in all day for it total waste of time - used to be amazing but sadly not anymore.

I’ve always used Selco deliverance was good until recently the last three I’ve had even got postponed by days or did not turn up on time. I had to rent equipment and lost money on that that I didn’t even use sometimes a day or two days late.

Book online and tells you it will be next day delivery only to find out after paying its 5 days later
They talk the talk but certainly don't walk it

Selco do some great deals On lots of materials, I like the fact they will beat any price match by 10% sometimes 15%The staff at Warrington are helpful and polite always greet you with a smile. Also deliveries are brilliant keep you updated with times.I recommend to friends & colleagues. Customer service is also very good I had a problem with damaged material. Contacted them and they solved to the best outcome you could not fault them for their resolution's I strongly recommend this company!!

Today I have received my selco delivery.The driver was amazing and very helpful . His name is Asim from Ruislip branch . Excellent delivery and very nice service. I like to order selco more and more.store Ruislip

Really helpful staff and knowledgeable, quick service and great customer care. Order delivered first thing next morning and everything was correct and in good condition. Got a really great deal on my materials and free delivery.

I have to say John was amazing! we were in a really difficult situation as we had a leak and new baby recently. we needed items that would fit in my car delivered. he saw I was in trouble and struggling. they were short staffed as pickers hadn’t come in for that day. he took it upon himself to liaise with the manager and volunteer himself to go and get everything and have It loaded on to a van for delivery that morning. he and his colleagues Anthony were most helpful. the manager who authorised this was very helpful too. however, John was the star of the show and we are forever grateful!

I just wanted to leave a quick note to say thank you to Chris at Selco.
He was very helpful, very professional,and took the time to assist me properly without rushing.It is not something you see everywhere ,and it really made a difference to my visit.

Please provide Wi-fi for customers! I could show my PDF receipt from my phone in a fraction of the time it takes the shop till so the queues build up !

Friendly staff. Great value. Excellent delivery service

I recently bought and installed a deck after the winter I noticed one deck board had become split and damaged due to all the rain I went back to Selco with pictures and showed the staff, the Manager did no more than to replace the board the next day.

The customer service from this Manager at Tyburn truly represents excellent understanding of the customers needs and goes over and above to make sure this happens.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for building materials in the future
