When the train arrived with no first class carriages, I put in a request for a refund, it was refunded the next day with no issues and a very nice apology!

Great customer service
Great customer service. When I was in a bit of a jam Eibhilín went out of her way to resolve my issue and was highly communicative. Seatfrog have great customer service people, especially Eibhilín!

Excellent customer service
Won an upgrade but the journey ended up being declassified. Emailed seatfrog with the necessary information and a refund was approved by the very helpful Ella the next working day and hit my account the day after! The app is a great concept and looks like they back it up with excellent customer service.

A must have app for train users
Always had a seamless experience with Seatfrog!
Recently had to contact support for a refund and Ella was fast and super sweet :)
The only issue I have is that you can’t add the Upgrade ticket to Apple Wallet.

Speedy refund response
Submitted request for refund of upgrade fee after my train was terminated early by operator. Upgrade was not scanned therefore a refund was agreed and I received a response from Richard within two working days. Excellent service! Still awaiting response from two separate train companies with regard to their compensation….

Bought an upgrade and the seat wasn’t available. In fact first class was full. Seatfrog referred me to the train operator. I bought from seat frog not the train operator. Each referred back to the other leaving me wholly dissatisfied and out of pocket.

Quick refund after cancellation
I didn’t manage to travel First Class this time as my train was cancelled, but I submitted a refund request and Ella from Seatfrog got back to me quickly with confirmation the very next day that my refund would be processed. Great customer service and a very straightforward process. I’m really happy with Seatfrog and will continue using it. It’s such a quick and convenient way to upgrade to First Class, especially for longer journeys or as a treat for a loved one.

Very disappointing, allowing bids on standard premium so customers can unknowingly pay way over the odds. Just a scam.
