Constantly sending me text messages. The instructions online to stop this are inaccurate. They have no online mechanism to easily stop messages and no instructions at all to delete my account, the only way is to call or log a ticket.
Shady company making it as difficult as possible for customers to leave them.

If I could give them no stars I would certainly would.
When ordering my tickets (on the artists webpage I might add) I didn’t even notice that I was just pre-ordering tickets and not actually ordering tickets. Now I’m in a merry-go round with this useless company because they never sent me my tickets (I’ve been in contact with them for a little over a week - the event is tomorrow) and they won’t issue a refund and instead tell me to try the box office and if they’re not there then I guess it’s tough luck. They don’t offer helpful customer service just more scammers to tell you they can’t do anything. If they couldn’t do anything in the first why make this company????????

They said the tickets would be transferred 2 weeks prior. It's 5 days before the concert and now they say contact them if they're not transferred 2 days from showtime while blaming the venue. This turns a stress reliving day off, into more stress.

I tried to join the waitlist for ticket sales but couldn't get past entering my (UK) phone number as I just got a generic, unhelpful error message. The FAQ page didn't answer the problem and I'm unwilling to fill in a long customer service form.

I'm assuming UK phone numbers aren't recognised despite the system allowing you to select your country.

I work in content design and this is such a basic fix. Allow different phone number formats, tell your users what the error is instead of leading them to a long FAQ page, and don't force them to fill in lots of details on a form to get an answer. You've lost a potential customer very quickly.

They emailed me about an upcoming tour of a group I really like in time for presale!

Pretty horrible. Got into their queue then to get ticets then it asked for a code. Put in a 4 digit code i got when I signed with them for this dhow. Didn't work. Went through their emails and texts and there was no oher codes. Of course missed the tickets. Useless company. Should have gone directly through Ticketmaster. Don't have any idea why they exist at all.

Terrible that you require login through a one time code through text/sms every single time and you get an error 90% of the time..

The code provided for an artist fanclub presale is invalid.

I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

Easy to use website. Helpful, informative mailing list. No spam.

I love this solution so much. It keeps me informed before tickets go on sale for all of my favorite bands. My only problem is I wish less people knew about this so I can stay ahead of the game!
