Really fast notifications of artists events near me which I want to attend. Very helpful and efficient.

This was easier to navigate than Ticketmaster, so it is preferable. I didn’t have any problems (as it should be).

Good service, but when logging in or registering, you need to verify using your phone number. There is only a couple of countries, meaning if your country isn't there, you are unable to use Seated (my situation). Also, for those who can log in, you cannot choose your country/state, just an circular area around you which may include a different state/country. I would recommend for people whose phone number country code is there, otherwise I don't recommend.

Was told that I'd be getting a code for the Eagles at the Sphere 15 minutes prior to them going on sale. I did not receive anything and when I reached out they gave me the codes 5 hours AFTER the tickets went on sale. A horrible experience, and considering all the BS going on with concert tickets you would think they would actually pay attention.

I submitted a support ticket and still haven't gotten a response back yet. I've reached out 4 times now with not one single word from them. Is anyone even working there?

Alexandra at costumer service was a great help getting acces to a long awaited Artist presale. She provided the requiered info quickly and clearly. And always ina very polite way. Thanks a lot!

Great for seeing when smaller or not so small American acts are coming to London area as it can be hard to keep track. Love getting a text so I don’t miss out!

Definitely don't have time anymore to actively watch for concert announcements. This site is awesome!

Great company! Always keeps me informed and up to date on my concert picks. I’ve seen more than a few shows so far because of Seated and their reminders.

Bands Announce Sooner on Seated
This is a brand new company (to the SLC scene at least) and looks like a lot of bands are announcing here sooner than bandsintown. They also have a cool "auto buy" feature for presales. It's a little weird because it doesn't guarantee it'll buy it for you, if you sign up for auto-buy too late it'll let you know about an hour before pre-sale that you didn't get tickets. So it doesn't auto-buy all the presale if you forgot to sign up in time, but it did auto-buy my tickets which was cool. Seems like a relatively fair way to do it. Anyways, great company that stays well informed on upcoming events and is easy to work with.

A really useful service! It does pretty much exactly what you'd hope.

I'm so thankful I signed up because being in school means loads and loads of work, leaving no time to actively watch for tickets for all the bands I like. The emails show me which band has an upcoming concert near me, and with the little down time I have I can go to so many more now!

Seated reached me with important, actionable, time-sensitive concert information, delivered accurately, clearly, and directly so that I was able to respond immediately, and secure prime seating to a very special event featuring a major international star. It quickly sold out, and without Seated's notice I likely would have missed what was a rare opportunity to see this performance in an extraordinary setting.
A solid 5 Star service.

They told me about an upcoming concert before the tickets went on sale.

Great, easy way to be notified about concerts in my area! One of the few apps that I would allow to send me stuff via SMS, never got anything I did not sign up for.

Seated gets me advance notice of Artists I support who will be appearing in my area. I've been able to get tickets to events I would not have been able to without Seated. Me likey!!

Have loved my experience w/Seated so far. Great way for busy ppl to keep track of live music in their area! I'm always kinda leery of signing up for apps that send SMS notifications because I fear a ton of text-spam, but I've been on Seated for 4-5 weeks now without any increase in spam. From what I can tell, they send one notification when an event is announced and then another one about a week before the event date. So, not a ton of reminders or anything, not annoying at all. Very impressed.

Great and useful site. Signed up a few days ago for email alerts for concerts I want to see. Got an alert for one already. Haven't gotten any Spam or anything.

In a digital world, using digital tools is key. Helps more score tickets to shows I want.
