We went into Poltronesofa at WWX Thanet looking for a bed sofa. We straight away spotted what we were looking for with one displayed open and closed so straight away we could see the quality of the build and the ease of converting from sofa to bed and visa versa. The salesman explained how the arms are attached after delivery making it easier to manoeuvre on delivery.
He also showed us the fabrics available (so many to choose from) and explained the delivery waiting time. Very pleased all round.

From the initial visit to the showroom to the delivery of our sofa we have nothing but praise for this company. In the store the staff, Paul and Aaron were very helpful, left us alone to try out different sofas, when we found what we liked they were very knowledgeable and explained what happened next. Delivery went like a dream, they arrived on time, sofa was delivered and put together with no problems. Really, really impressed with it.

Team in Thanet store were superb - no pressure to buy and happy to fold and unfold sofa beds to help us decide.

The whole experience from choosing my sofa and chair in the store to receiving them has been dealt extremely professionally. The company has kept me upto date about the time of delivery and throughout the day there was a good tracking system plus a polite phone call from the delivery crew. I would certainly use this company again.

On time and efficient

Friendly and helpful staff, no complications and delivery was simple.

Staff were great, especially Penny. I knew exactly what I wanted and was shown everything that fitted my needs. Information was printed out for me to take home and decide which I wanted. I returned to check a few things then ordered easily with the help of Aaron. Now waiting for delivery. Sadly you were not able to provide a removal option for the old furniture.

I was very impressed with notifications for delivery and delivery drivers. Unfortunately there is a fault in one of the back rests . The driver immediately took a picture and informed me I would be contacted within 48 hours I’m sure a replacement will be organised.

I will be happy to give another review once the fault is rectified.

We were very impressed with the range and quality of your sofas. We went to the store three times before we finally decided on our choice. We looked at othe stores in the area but you had the best range and wide selection of excellent leathers. Each time the staff were friendly ,helpful and very knowledgeable.

We had a great experience purchasing our sofa from Poltronesofà. The team struck the perfect balance between giving us space and being available when we needed help. Our salesperson, Aaron, was fantastic — he clearly explained all the options and was incredibly patient while we chose our fabric and final configuration. Overall, a very positive experience.

The delivery personnel were Very polite and very quick and setting the sofa up. Kept me updated with their arrival time which was appreciated as I had to take time off work.
Although I must add the text I received the day before stated my furniture would be arriving the following day between the hours of ! But no hours given? Then in the morning I got a text to say it could arrive between 0700 - 2359! Not impressed with that!
